Guest guest
This information about soy products is from " Foods as Preventative Medicine " by Thomas Cowan, M.D. There is an article about this in the Well Being Journal. Jan/Feb 2007 Vol 16, No.1 According to him fermented soy is beneficial but not soy milk, tofu or any other non-fermented soy products. My nephews were put on soy milk as babies and they all developed exzema .. So I have always been wary of soy anyway. This article made me realize that my instincts were right. I also read an article years ago about a boy with leukemia who was fed miso soup every day and his mother believed it was because of the miso that he was healed of it. The fermented soy products are probably available at Japanese/Oriental stores. It is a Japanese food just as the other recommended foods are. Miso, Natto and small amounts of Tempeh are supposed be good. Peace, Thyme
