Get yourself a probiotic. Even live yogurt can do it. Eat it halfway in between the doses of antibiotics. So if you eat your antibiotic at 6 AM and 12 Noon, do the probiotic at 9AM. A lot of the dear good wee beasties will die, but enough will survive to prevent a hostile takeover by bad yeasties. Guest guest
Meg, I would take probiotics (natural bacterial that reside in the instestines). I take them daily whether just to maintain a healthy gut. Good yogurt will have natural cultures, or you can get them in the refrigerated section of the health food store. Acidopholus and Bifidus are good to look for. Young Living also has a product called " Royaldophilas " which you can get through a link on my website. Best wishes with your conception. Remember to breathe. Life is captured in the breath. Blessings!
