Guest guest
Apple cider vinager 1 tbs twice a day, for the acid reflux. Biotin, zinc and copper for hair. Also balanced diet of protiens 30%, good fats 30% and low glycemic index carbs 40%. The 40-30-30 plan above also works for those who are looking to reduce their weight. Guest guest
Acid reflux: ACV as already suggested. A friend of mine takes a few bites of sourkraut after a meal. Works for her. Deglycorrhized Licorice (DGL) Digestive enzymes Hair: Could be anything. Silica can also be a factor. Friend of mine uses horsetail herb (equisetum arvense). She gathers her own and puts it into capsules. She has thin, fine, limp hair and it makes a big difference.

It must be taken or put on the hair, or what? I am interested? Thanks. ______________________________\ ____ No need to miss a message. Get email on-the-go with Mail for Mobile. Guest guest
My friend gathers horsetail on her own pristine acreage. In spring, when it is young. She puts it into capsules and takes it internally. She also puts AFA algae in the caps. - Lucia Monday, January 15, 2007 12:30 PM Re: reflux/acid? and hair loss? Hair: Could be anything.
