#1. Sugarbeets and molasses are precursors of white sugar. Will they not be as

harmful as sugar? In that case why not to take to Glutamin. But I think glutamin

doesn't have Uridine. We have to do the balancing act then: Taking molasses ONLY

when depressed?

#2. Sugarbeets and its molasses is not easily available. Is Uridine there in the

more easily available sugarcane and its molasses? Thanks. Ratan.

dr.b_helthi answered: 1 average sugarbeet yields about 1 teaspoon of white,

refined sugar. Unsulphored, sun-ripened sugarcane is the best source of

molasses. For clarification, goto: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molasses

For clarification on uridine, goto: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uridine

A C.E.S. works much better against depression than either of the above.

Please expand on ACES. What is it and wherein is it

found?

Thanks.
