My wife and I take about 12,000mg of Vit C a day in powdered form.

It's in 1 kilogram bags.

In August we are traveling to Mauritius and Africa and will be away about a

month.

I am very reluctant to carry a bag of white powder through these airports.

Has anyone traveled internationaly with Vit C before and can offer some advice?

Regards

I have discussed this very thing, with a friend! It was decided the

*IT SIMPLY WON'T DO* to try to carry baggies of a an undistinguished

white powder.

Some places (here in the states) it is available in sealed jars. I

don't know how practical that would be for you. If it's a hop, skip

and jump type trip, you would have a lot of waste.

Have you thought of taking tablets .. just for the trip??

A month is a long time to go without your desired form of

supplements! The crystaline form may be available at your

destination. You might look into that possibility.

Please let me know what you come up with!!

I'll tell you truthfully, I'll be hesitant to travel domestically

with my baggies!!
