There is no doubt in my mind that raw juicing can save your life. I

have seen it work miracles in some of my patients who were stuck on

the merry-go-round of drug therapy.

 

The juice from raw fruits and vegetables has powerful healing and

rejuvenating properties that can

He was about to start anti-depressants, when I told him to stop the

contemplating juice fast. also would you direct me to your adult onset

Great minds run in the same channels! :-) I don't recall stating

that I didn't drink juice, although you may have misinterpreted

something I said, as I've frequently listed citrus and other

processed juices as something that we should avoid! Processed juices

are as a rule pasteurized. They are devoid of any nutrients and

should not ever be used. Unfortunately you'll find that the juices

found on supermarket shelves are just a combination of refined sugar,

(dextrose, sucrose, high fructose corn syrup and other genetically

engineered products...and yes, sugar is genetically engineered at

the moment and this includes both the cane sugar and the beet sugars)

and tap water!

The article in question was posted for a lady who enquired regarding protein in

her urine, a sure indication of kidney disease.

 

If you read the post regarding Ensure, the article outlined the dangers very

well! Processed juices are high on the glycemic index and not a healthy choice!

On the other hand, you have

fresh raw juices which hopefully are fresh squeezed at home. They

are a better alternative and when organic fruits and vegetables are

purchased the health benefits are even more dramatic!

 

Of course, there are limitations for certain illnesses, i.e. an

abundance of fruits should not be eaten by diabetics and so on and

so forth,...so we must do our own research and not depend on anyone,

including any nutritionist for our dietary advice! Much of what is

posted here is for specific health concerns and if it doesnt' apply

to you you must look further for your own info.

 

Certainly I will repost the diabetes information as time permits. Although I

would also advise that you visit the alternative medicine message boards we

have set up for a more complete picture of alteratives that should

be used.
