Secretary, Jeff Deist on the National ID and how

police state legislation (HR 418) is being snuck

through the House and Senate as part of a supplemental

funding bill. This makes it much harder to vote

against the National ID part of the package.

 

-Allows Homeland Security to change standards for the

card in the future without going to Congress.

-Canada and Mexico could be linked to our databank.

-First steps towards a domestic passport.

-Softening people up for a national ID

-Allows Homeland Security open ended powers to suspend

domestic laws “to get things done.”

-If you don’t accept the card, you will not be able to

function as a citizen.
