Low energy - Hydrotherapy

Thanks for reminding me how impulsive I can be. I'll take care not to be too

immediate -

result oriented.

I forgot to mention what hydrotherapy is. The naturopath I go to had a

naturopath father

so she grew up with it. I think she worked for him when she was young. She has

now

taken over her father's business and at least some of his methods. The

assistants

alternate hot and cold towels to the chest and back (in my case) and they also

apply

electronic stimulation to the organs during this treatment. My digestion has

really

improved from this whereas before I was always having trouble processing food.

On me

they applied the electronic pads to my adrenals and my digestive system. As I'm

still low

on energy, the thyroid becomes more suspect, to my mind anyway.

The naturopath's office is extremely busy, a bit of a madhouse, and they don't

have any

trepidation about tackling serious cases. This in itself gives me a lot of

confidence in

them. I live in Spokane, WA and should anyone take an interest, feel free to

contact me.

For myself, I needed to go in 2-3 times a week for 15 treatments although you

could go in

5 times. Anyhow, it's obviously an advantage to live nearby.
