Guest guest
Here is the post from the other group regarding iodine for thyroid. At least it's more affordable that my naturopath visits: Sheryl <Dave Perkins of www.betterwayhealth.com forwarded your advice for using Phil Thomas' Rejuvedine for hypothyroid conditions. I have done Lugol's, Armour, Wilson's T3, Wilson's herbs, kelp, Standard Process thyroid support supplements, wheatgrass, green powders and green drinks. All help to a certain degree but none of these have been the magic bullet. Since Rejuvedine is just a version of iodine, I didn't think it would be much different than Lugol's . . . was I ever wrong. Rejuvedine works in a matter of minutes. I can't even do 2 drops of Rejuvedine because it makes me hyperthyroid. I used to paint several large patches of Lugol's and at times I would do 4 drops in water . . . Lugol's never gave me a ton of energy. What a major difference in Phil's formula. The first day, I had to half my Armour thyroid prescription. I would have dropped it totally but didn't want to slam my thyroid with too many changes at once. To top off a pleasant experience . . . Phil Thomas sent me his Rejuvedine before receiving my check for payment and has taken the time to answer my questions. What a wonderful service he provides. Here is what he wrote to me about dosages: <<The standard dose from the readings which I tell most people is the 1-5. Start with one drop the first day and increase one drop each day for five days. Then leave off for at least a couple of days (or up to five days) and begin again with a single drop. This primes the glandular system back into action and when it gets going you let the body run on it's own. I tell people it's the opposite of drug therapy as you're not developing a co-dependency, but rather assisting the body in getting back to normal. Once you feel your energy coming back then you go off it. Here was his contact info for others: Phil Thomas 641 Birch Blvd. Altamonte Springs, Fl. 32701-5405 cayceconcepts (407) 383-4036>> Personally, I can't imagine doing 5 drops of Rejuvedine since it is potent stuff. My husband can only do ½ a drop. He puts one drop in a glass of water and drinks ½ the glass of water. My husband is not hypothyroid but still notices an improvement in his energy levels. What a simple solution. The only bummer is that I wish I had known about Rejuvedine many years ago and literally hundreds of dollars earlier. Thanks for doing your readers a great service.
