I don't know but to me it seems that this is a spoof - YET ANOTHER

urban legend created to spread around when there really are enough of

them already. Maybe someone SHOULD make a law to prohibit them.;-)

 

Searching " Representative Simon Heedsmore " , the bbspot.com story is

the only place he is mentioned on the whole internet - false name.

 

But also, going to another story on the same site, here is what I find...
