Guest guest
This is NOT in my area of knowledge. My father is undergoing radiation therapy (no--he's not knowledgeable or open to knowledge of alternative treatments). He did, however, contact me concerning the radiation burn. He's got a raw bottom (rectal cancer) from the radiation.. wants help naturally for it.. any suggestions at all?? Michelle

Vitamins E and C should help protect the integrity of the cells from damage if taken beforehand and should promote healing afterwards. I personally would be taking large doses of vitamin E by mouth and applying it lavishly to the skin to any areas that are effected. Thanks so much. I did send my dad an email noting to take Vitamins A, C, E and selenium as well as George's Aloe Vero and Taurine (got all this from PRESCRIPTIONS FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING book. I do appreciate your time and attention in this matter! Michelle

Guest guest
Wouldn't colloidal silver be a good healer for these radiation burns, since it is used for other burns on burn units??? =================================== On Tue, 8 Feb 2005 13:53:35 EST primalmommieto5 writes: In a message dated 2/8/2005 12:59:19 P.M. Guest guest
I think that the use of silver would only be appropriate where the possible chance of infection might occur and would lend nothing to support or healing on a cellular level.
