The following article is slightly edited by yours truly for emphasis

My opinion on the shenanigans of men such as Neal Halsey et al is: IF

the claims of antivaccinationists are correct and the facts of

history available to anyone [along with my own fifty plus years of

experience in the field] indicate that they ARE correct, then it is

entirely possible that a jury of his/their peers might find Neal

Halsey and associates guilty of some extremely heinous crimes against

innocent infants and others. Vaccine promoters are a menace to

citizens who think they live in a free society. The entire theory of

vaccination is a crackpot theory that would have died on the vine

long ago had not the criminals in medicine and government

bureacracies [CDC, NIH, FDA, HHS etc., etc.] wangled their way into

authoritative positions and used their influence in those positions

to convince criminally motivated legislators to MANDATE quack medical

procedures on an unsuspecting and trusting public. History

irrefutably demonstrates that there is no such thing as a safe

vaccine and that no vaccine has ever prevented, cured or ameliorated

any epidemic disease. Vaccination is an abomination visited upon an

unsuspecting public by medical quacks of the highest order. The time

is long past that we have not awakened, recognized who the quacks are

and put them where they belong - in jail - they do NOT belong in

practice, and CERTAINLY do not belong in any kind of public service

except perhaps, making license plates in jail.

Neal Halsey's life was dedicated to promoting vaccination.

 

In June 1999, the Johns Hopkins pediatrician and scholar had

completed a decade of service on the influential committees that

decide which inoculations will be jabbed into the arms and thighs and

buttocks of eight million American children each year. At the urging

of Halsey and others, the number of vaccines mandated for children

under 2 in the 90's soared to 20, from 8. Kids were healthier for it,

according to him. These simple, safe injections against hepatitis B

and germs like haemophilus bacteria would help thousands grow up free

of diseases like meningitis and liver cancer. [this is a totally

bogus claim that has not a shred of truth in it. DHD Sr]

 

Halsey's view, however, was not shared by a small but vocal faction

of parents who questioned whether all these shots did more harm than

good. While many of the childhood infections that vaccines were

designed to prevent -- among them diphtheria, mumps, chickenpox and

polio -- seemed to be either antique or innocuous, serious chronic

diseases like asthma, juvenile diabetes and autism were on the rise.

And on the Internet, especially, a growing number of self-styled

health activists blamed vaccines for these increases.

 

Like all medical interventions, vaccines sometimes cause adverse

reactions. But unlike pills, vaccines come packaged with high

expectations, which make them particularly vulnerable to public

criticism. Vaccines don't cure people, and they are administered to

healthy children, which gives them few opportunities for good press.

When they work, nothing happens. [they do NOT work, this is a

unproved presumption that has NEVER been put to a proper test, a

controlled long term study. DHD Sr] When vaccinated children become

ill, their parents are grief-stricken and often enraged, even if

vaccines aren't proved to be at fault. All of this puts public-health

advocates like Halsey on the defensive. Most attacks on vaccines,

they say, are based on hysteria, bad science and dubious politics

[Notice that the attacks of pro vaccinationists are never on the

subject matter but always directed personally against the anti

vaccinationists, DHD Sr].

 

Halsey, 57, has green eyes, a white beard that makes him look like a

ship's captain and an air of careful authority. As chairman of the

American Academy of Pediatrics committee on infectious diseases from

1995 through June 1999, he often appeared in the media administering

calm reassurance. ''Many of the allegations against vaccines,''

Halsey said in one interview, ''are based on unproven hypotheses and

causal associations with little evidence.'' [The literature is

loaded with proofs of the harmful effects of vaccines and even if

only ONE proof surfaced, should that not be enough to at the very

least render these vaccines voluntary rather than COMPULSORY?

COMPULSORY MEDICINE IN ANY FORM IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO A FREE

CITIZEN!!! THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE COMPULSORY MEDICAL TECHNIQUE IS

QUARANTINE FOR A SPECIFIC REASON AND FOR A SPECIFIC LIMITED TIME.

Vaccines should be totally voluntary so as not to interfere with the

right of those citizens who want to put their children at risk. DHD

Sr]

 

And then suddenly in June 1999, during a visit to the Food and Drug

Administration, a squall appeared on the horizon of Halsey's

confidence. Halsey attended a meeting to discuss thimerosal, a

mercury-containing preservative that at the time was being used in

several vaccines -- including the hepatitis B shot that Halsey had

fought so hard to have administered to American babies. By the time

the dust kicked up in that meeting had settled, Halsey would be

forced to reckon with the hypothesis that thimerosal had damaged the

brains of immunized infants and may have contributed to the

unexplained explosion in the number of cases of autism being

diagnosed in children.

 

That Halsey was willing even to entertain this possibility enraged

some of his fellow vaccinologists, who couldn't fathom how a doctor

who had spent so much energy dismantling the arguments of people who

attacked vaccines could now be changing sides. But to Halsey's mind,

his actions were perfectly consistent: he was simply working from the

data. And the numbers deeply troubled him. ''From the beginning, I

saw thimerosal as something different,'' he says. ''It was the first

strong evidence of a causal association with neurological impairment.

I was very concerned.''

 

The investigation into mercury vaccines was instigated in 1997 by

Representative Frank Pallone Jr., a New Jersey Democrat whose

district includes a string of shore towns where mercury in fish is

one of many environmental concerns. Pallone, who had been pressing

the government to re-evaluate its overall guidelines on mercury

toxicity, attached an amendment to an F.D.A. bill requiring the

agency to inventory all mercury contained in licensed drugs and

vaccines.

 

The job of adding up the amount of mercury in vaccines and assessing

its risk fell to Robert Ball, an F.D.A. scientist, and two F.D.A.

pediatricians, Leslie Ball, Robert's wife, and R. Douglas Pratt.

Thimerosal, which is 50 percent ethyl mercury by weight, had been

used as a vaccine preservative since the 1930's in the diphtheria-

tetanus-pertussis shot, known as D.T.P., and it was later added to

some vaccines for hepatitis B and haemophilus bacteria, which by the

early 1990's had become routine immunizations for infants.

 

The F.D.A. team's conclusions were frightening.

 

Vaccines added under Halsey's watch had tripled the dose of mercury

that infants got in their first few months of life.

 

[if mercury loaded vaccines injured did in fact injure so many of our

infants does that mean that Halsey is culpable?? And if so, does that

mean that he should be brought to trial and if found guilty, be put

in jail?? Are medical criminals immune from prosecution?? Should they

not be treated similar to the ENRON officials and tobacco officials??

As many as 30 million American children may have been exposed to

mercury in excess of Environmental Protection Agency guidelines --

levels of mercury that, in theory, could have killed enough brain

cells to scramble thinking or hex behavior.

 

[this is an example of why, throughout history men in high places

have stated that doctors kill more people than all the wars and all

the generals of history - is it not time for us to wake up and bring

this habit of quack medicine to a halt by removing ALL mandatory

medical procedures of ANY type, for ANY reason and by placing those

responsible in jail?? DHD Sr]

 

''My first reaction was simply disbelief, which was the reaction of

almost everybody involved in vaccines,'' Halsey says. [if he were a

true scientist his reaction would be totally different - it would not

be disbelief - it would be horror - not the least of reasons being

the innocent infants subjected to his errors. DHD Sr] ''In most

vaccine containers, thimerosal is listed as a mercury derivative, a

hundredth of a percent. And what I believed, and what everybody else

believed, was that it was truly a trace, a biologically insignificant

amount.

 

[the things he " believes " based upon his medical training defies what

I consider to be simple common sense conclusions. DHD Sr]

 

My honest belief [it has been my experience over 72+ years that

whenever someone uses this phrase, they are automatically suspect DHD

Sr] is that if the labels had had the mercury content in micrograms,

this would have been uncovered years ago. But the fact is, no one did

the calculation.'' [that's right, so now who will be held responsible

by a jury of their peers for horrendous damage stemming from this

erroneous belief? Is this criminal behavior, and if so, do we let the

criminals off the hook? Will the criminals get a free ride after

poisoning millions of our children?? What if he were a cigarette

manufacturer or a tire manufacturer or a toy manufacturer caused so

much horrendous damage?? How would we treat them?? DHD Sr]

 

Making matters worse, the latest science on mercury damage suggested

that even small amounts of organic mercury could do harm to the fetal

brain. Some of the federal safety guidelines on mercury were relaxed

in the 90's, even as the amount of mercury that children received in

vaccines increased. The more Halsey learned about these mercury

studies, the more he worried.

 

''My first concern was that it would harm the credibility of the

immunization program,'' he says.

 

[NOTE: the immunization program has NO credibility except to those

who have vested interests in it. For anyone who has examined the

ENTIRE HISTORY of vaccination, the theory is totally lacking in

credibility - does anyone in possession of their senses think that

Halsey has examined the entire history of vaccination?? If he

professes that he has then we must conclude simply that he is stupid.

''But gradually [gradually?? this is the sign of a sleeping person.

It should have come as a horrendous shock of enlightenment DHD Sr] it

came home to me that maybe there was some real risk to the

children.'' Mercury was turning out to be like lead, which had been

studied extensively in the homes of the Baltimore poor during

Halsey's tenure at Hopkins. ''As they got more sophisticated at

testing for lead, the safe level marched down and down, and they

continued to find subtle neurological impairment,'' Halsey

says. ''And that's almost exactly what happened with mercury.'' [the

mark of fools is that they make the same mistakes over and over again

DHD Sr]

 

Halsey was beginning to think that it would be prudent to limit

thimerosal-containing vaccines and urge pediatricians to use

thimerosal-free shots when possible.

 

[when possible??? How would a jury look upon the actions taken after

such evidence surfaced?? If proved to be true in a court of law,

would that not be enough evidence to begin putting people in jail

along with the ENRON people?? DHD Sr]

 

But his decision inflamed some of his peers.

 

[Would not every one of said peers who influenced the use of this

poison on our innocent infants also belong on trial?? DHD Sr].

 

After all, although the thimerosal data was worrisome to Halsey, the

available science offered no clear proof that the preservative posed

a genuine danger to children when given in parts per million.

 

[Worrisome??? this is unmitigated arrogance - It should have shocked

him awake!! Think of the millions of healthy children affected by

such thinking!!]

 

Moreover, it wasn't clear that there were enough thimerosal-free

vaccines available for diseases like pertussis and hepatitis B.

Should an unproven fear justify the cessation of a procedure that

protected children from proven dangers? [ALL of the fears have been

FULLY justified by the evidence over the past hundred years DHD Sr]

 

Halsey looked into the matter further and found only complexity. In

the medical literature, most cases of acute mercury poisoning result

from doses hundreds or thousands of times higher than what infants

received with thimerosal-laden vaccines.

 

[A hundred times would be 100 times one microgram - not very much!!

One microgram is toxic - get the point, MERCURY IS A BIOLOGICAL

POISON IN ANY AMOUNT regardless of the fact that the EPA decides that

one tenth of a microgram per kilo is " safe " - how can any sane person

come to the conclusion that ANY amount of BIOLOGICAL POISON can be

deemed safe??? If that fails to identify these doctors peddling

vaccines to be used in newborn infants as MEDICAL QUACKS then nothing

will!!!. The current FLU SHOT contains TWENTY FIVE MICROGRAMS OF

MERCURY!!! DHD Sr].

 

And although the thimerosal levels in vaccines exceeded the E.P.A.'s

guidelines for methyl mercury, thimerosal contained ethyl mercury, a

compound that behaves somewhat differently in the body. The E.P.A.

based its guidelines on a series of studies of 917 children born in

1987 in the Faeroe Islands, a windswept North Atlantic archipelago,

to women who ate methyl-mercury-tainted whale meat. The Faeroes

children, whose umbilical cord blood averaged four times the E.P.A.'s

daily ''safe'' dose -- which was 0.1 micrograms per kilo -- exhibited

small but measurable neurological deficits seven years later.

 

[Do the medical vaccine quacks EVER indulge in studies over that long

of a period of time??? Would someone please point one out to me???

DHD Sr]

 

They had slower reaction times and diminished attention spans and

their word choice and memorization were less keen than those of their

classmates who had been exposed to less mercury, according to

Philippe Grandjean, a Danish researcher who leads the continuing

Faeroes study and teaches at Boston University.

During most of the 90's, many American 6-month-olds received a total

of 187.5 micrograms of ethyl mercury through vaccination.

 

[This is high crime and in my opinion and the opinon of many other

highly educated scientists, the perpetrators belong in jail - it is

one thing to make a scientific mistake, it is quite something else to

perpetuate it under undue influences such as job, position, vaccine

manufacture profits that run into the billions, etc. DHD Sr]

 

While the Faeroes children were exposed to mercury as developing

fetuses, and therefore were more vulnerable than the vaccinated

American infants, the American babies included about 60,000 each year

who had already been exposed to high mercury levels because their

mothers had eaten a lot of contaminated fish. What's more, hundreds

of thousands of Rh-negative pregnant women and their unborn Rh-

positive babies received additional thimerosal each year through

injections designed to keep the mothers' immune systems from

attacking the fetuses.

 

The Faeroes studies, though they dealt with methyl mercury, unnerved

Halsey.

 

[at this point would a jury of his peers consider Halsey's action as

constituting criminal neglect not to sound the alarm and to stop the

use of mercury on children or ANY human being? - In my opinion and

the opinion of any intelligent informed person lacking a vested

interest with whom I have consulted, all vaccines and medications

containing the BIOLOGICAL POISON should have been immediately

withdrawn from the market. WOULD WE NOT EXPECT THIS OF A TOY

MANUFACTURER OR FOOD MANUFACTURER OR AUTO MANUFACTURER??? DHD SR]

 

Other researchers were troubled, too. George Lucier, a toxicologist

who led a 1998 White House review of mercury's dangers, went so far

as to say it was ''very likely'' that thimerosal had damaged some

children. There was precious little data to back up that precise

suspicion -- and little to dismiss it -- because of the lack of

toxicology research on ethyl mercury. [but no lack of its use in

HIGHLY PROFITABLE VACCINES!!! DHD Sr]

 

On July 7, 1999, at Halsey's urging, the American Academy of

Pediatrics and the Public Health Service released a statement urging

vaccine manufacturers to remove thimerosal as quickly as possible and

advising pediatricians to postpone giving most newborns the birth

dose of the hepatitis B vaccine. [Would a jury viewing all of the

facts pertinent to vaccine use, which would include the entire

history beginning with Jenner, consider any pediatrician failing to

heed this advice as being criminally negligent and perhaps belonging

in jail rather than in practice? And would they also consider that

any parent of a damaged child has a CAUSE FOR ACTION against said

pediatricians as well as against the vaccine manufacturers regardless

of the unconstitutional law set up by criminal legislators to protect

manufacturers from suits brought by damaged users?? DHD Sr]

 

The decision, which helped to create vaccine shortages and led some

babies to become infected with hepatitis B, outraged some senior

vaccine experts.

 

[THIS IS SHEER NONSENSE - HEP B IN INFANTS AS AN INFECTIOUS DISEASE

IS THE FIGMENT OF IMAGINATION OF THE SAME MEDICAL QUACKS WHO SEEK TO

INVENT VACCINES TO PREVENT IT - NO VACCINE WILL EVER PREVENT,

ALLEVIATE OR CURE ANY " DISEASE " SUCH AS HEP B WHICH IS FOUND MAINLY

IN ADULTS INDULGING IN QUESTIONABLE LIFE STYLES INCLUDING THE USE OF

RECREATIONAL DRUGS ETC. DHD Sr]

 

Walter Orenstein, director of the National Immunization Program at

the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, would charge that the

rush to remove thimerosal-containing vaccines was ''precipitous.''

[How would a jury of his peers view his actions, based upon the

available evidence - much of which he probably is unaware? Would a

jury of his peers put him in jail alongside others with equal

culpability? DHD Sr] Stanley Plotkin, a renowned vaccine developer,

said that it was fruitless to try to soothe vaccination critics. ''If

antivaccinationists did not have mercury, they would have another

issue,'' he said at one meeting. ''One cannot prevent them from

making hay regardless of whether the sun is shining or not.'' [And

how would HIS actions be viewed?? DHD Sr]

 

In Halsey's view, however, thimerosal wasn't simply a bone for rabid

vaccine opponents to gnaw on. [Why would men of science use

adjectives such as rabid? Is this not a sign of something to the

intelligent observer?? Is it a sign of psychological projection?? You

bet we're rabid, we're also livid, angry and highly pissed off -

anyone with half an ounce of common sense and a little knowledge of

history is either very angry or terribly frightened by the sheer

power of organized medical quackery to pursue such quackery in light

of the evidence. DHD Sr] .

 

In the middle of that hectic summer he took a vacation in Maine.

Canoeing on a lake, he came across posters that advised fishermen

to ''protect your children -- release your catch.'' Halsey took that

message to heart. If the government was warning people against eating

fish with mercury, he asked his colleagues, ''does it make sense to

allow it to be injected into infants?'' [DUHHHHHHH!!!!!]

 

Although other vaccinologists criticized Halsey, many of his

colleagues rallied around him. ''Neal put kids ahead of the

vaccination program, which was gutsy,'' says Lynn Goldman, a former

E.P.A. official who has been on the Hopkins faculty since 1999 and

worked with Halsey on thimerosal. ''It would have been easier for him

to line up on the other side.'' [This says it all about the support

for vaccines DHD Sr].

 

Few scientists believe that the spike in autism could have been

caused solely by the thimerosal in vaccines, but in October 2001, a

vaccine-safety committee at the starchy Institute of Medicine

confirmed that it was ''biologically plausible'' -- though by no

means proved -- that thimerosal could be related to

neurodevelopmental delays in some children. The committee recommended

that thimerosal be removed from vaccines and called for extensive

research to determine any damage it had caused.

 

[Here is the meat of the situation, why in God's name would there be

ANY hesitation to remove ALL suspect medications from the market???

DON'T WE DO THAT WITH MEAT AND CHICKEN AND OTHER " ALLEGEDLY "

CONTAMINATED PRODUCTS ON A REGULAR BASIS??? WHY DO VACCINES THAT HAVE

THE MOST DISASTROUS EFFECTS ON OUR INNOCENT INFANTS RECEIVE SUCH

GLOVED HAND TREATMENTS??? COULD IT BE THE POWERFUL DRUG COMPANY

INTERESTS AT STAKE?? DHD Sr]

 

alsey's fellow researchers were right about one thing. Antivaccine

advocates immediately seized upon the thimerosal theory, and Halsey

became something of an unwilling hero to the vaccine-safety advocates

with whom he had so often sparred. [You can exclude me from that

group, In my opinion, Halsey activities in regard to vaccines is a

great threat to the life and health of every child born in America

DHD Sr] In fact, thousands of parents with autistic children have

responded to the Institute of Medicine report by filing lawsuits.

{GOOD!!! DHD Sr] Michael Williams, who has won millions in toxic tort

settlements from pharmaceutical companies, was among the first

lawyers to sue vaccine manufacturers, on behalf of William Mead, a 4-

year-old Portland, Ore., boy with autism. Williams also filed a

separate class-action lawsuit with William's healthy older sister,

Eleanor, as lead plaintiff, demanding that vaccine makers also pay

for studies to determine thimerosal's effects on millions of children

who might have lower I.Q.'s or other less obvious signs of mercury

poisoning. Past studies have shown that mercury's effects vary

tremendously from person to person, presumably because of genetic

differences in the body's capacity to protect delicate organs from

it.

 

''In order to win the Eleanor lawsuit you need to establish

liability, but I don't think that is going to be that hard,''

Williams said in a recent chat in his Portland office. ''Organic

mercury is a very serious neurotoxin.''

 

Williams embodies the vaccine establishment's worst fear about

Halsey's course of action -- which is that taking the precautionary

step of eliminating thimerosal would be read as an admission of

fault. ''The agenda was set by the lawyers and the antivaccine

activists,'' a source close to a number of manufacturers complained

to me. ''The scientists responded to it scientifically, and that put

them behind the eight ball right away. You had Neal Halsey running

around saying: 'We've got to do something! We've got to show we're

concerned!'''

 

Paul Offit, a vaccinologist at the Children's Hospital of

Philadelphia, takes it a step further. ''In some instances I think

full disclosure can be harmful,'' he says. ''Is it safe to say there

is zero risk with thimerosal, when it is remotely possible that one

child would get sick? Well, since we say that mercury is a

neurotoxin, we have to do everything we can to get rid of it. But I

would argue that removing thimerosal didn't make vaccines safer -- it

only made them perceptibly safer.''

 

For Halsey, thimerosal injury is a possibility that must be

addressed -- but by science, [YEAH RIGHT, BUT NOT BY

HALSEY'S " SCIENCE " DHD Sr] not by the courts.

 

The scientific agenda, however, is already deeply politicized.

[duhhhh!! no kidding?] From the start, the C.D.C.'s efforts to

examine the possibility of thimerosal damage became snarled in

acrimony. Critics of the vaccination system don't trust the C.D.C.

[only an idiot would trust anything that comes out of the CDC DHD

Sr], which monitors evidence of adverse reactions to vaccines through

the Vaccine Safety Datalink, a computerized set of 7.5 million

medical records. Safe Minds, an advocacy group of parents who believe

that their autistic children were damaged by thimerosal, has used the

Freedom of Information Act to obtain documents showing that as early

as December 1999 the C.D.C. had reason to believe that thimerosal

caused developmental delays in some children. It was far from

conclusive evidence, but vaccine critics charged that the C.D.C.

tried to play it down [every one of those involved in playing it down

belongs before a jury of their peers to decide whether or not they

belong in jail rather than in public service DHD Sr - THIS IS THE

CRUX OF THE ISSUE BEFORE US HERE!!! DON'T LOSE SIGHT OF IT - THE

OTHER ISSUE IS THE IDEA OF THE COMPULSORY NATURE OF MEDICINE- IT MUST

BE BROUGHT TO A SCREECHING HALT - ANYONE NOT AGREEING WITH THAT

SHOULD GET A COPY OF THE RECENT MEETING IN WASHINGTON DC HOSTED BY

BARBARA LOE FISHER AND LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS OF THE UGANDAN WHO

REPORTED HOW HIS GOVERNMENT SOLDIERS WENT THROUGH THE UGANDAN

VILLAGES, KILLING UGANDAN CHILDREN WITH ORAL POLIO VACCINES THAT WERE

DISCONTINUED IN THE USA AFTER OUR BRILLIANT MEDICAL QUACKS HERE

FINALLY CONCLUDED THAT FOR FIFTEEN YEARS THE ONLY CAUSE OF POLIO IN

THE USA WAS THE ORAL POLIO VACCINE USED TO PREVENT POLIO!!! SO THE

QUACK VACCINES WERE SOLD TO THIRD WORLD NATIONS, MONEY WAS PAID TO

CERTAIN POLITICIANS AND THOSE POLITICIANS IN TURN INFLUENCED THE

MILITARY TO CARRY OUT THE HEINOUS DEED - EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THAT

FIASCO SHOULD BE TRIED AND IF FOUND GUILTY, EXECUTED. IT IS TIME TO

STOPTHIS INSANITY!!! DHD Sr ].

 

One of those critics was Dan Burton, a Republican congressman from

Indiana, who says he firmly believes that his grandson's autism is a

result of vaccines. ''I'm so ticked off about my grandson, and to

think that the public-health people have been circling the wagons to

cover up the facts!'' Burton fumed at a June hearing. ''Why, it just

makes me want to vomit!'' [you and a lot of other people Dan, DHD Sr]

 

What comes through in an examination of the documents uncovered by

Safe Minds is less a coverup than an impression of scientists

anxiously watching over their shoulders as they work. One document,

for example, records comments made by Robert Brent, a Philadelphia

pediatrician who served as a consultant for the thimerosal

study. ''The medical-legal findings in this study, causal or not, are

horrendous,'' Brent said. ''If an allegation was made that a child's

neurobehavioral findings were caused by thimerosal-containing

vaccines, you could readily find a junk scientist [this is a

psychological projection of the first order DHD Sr] who would support

the claim with a reasonable degree of certainty. But you will not

find a scientist with any integrity [this is an almost absent

commodity amongst government workers and conventional medicine types

DHD Sr] who would say the reverse with the data that is

available. . . . So we are in a bad position from the standpoint of

defending any lawsuits if they were initiated.''

 

More research is in the works. The C.D.C. is setting up a study of

neurodevelopmental effects based in part on the Faeroe Islands model.

corruptible sooner or later, and our government agencies have been

studies of thimerosal metabolism in animals and children. (An early

University of Rochester study was reassuring: it indicated that

children eliminate thimerosal much more quickly than expected.)

 

Clearly, a lot is riding on this research, and pressure is being

brought to bear on both sides. Can the vaccine authorities accept a

positive answer? Can the vaccine opponents accept a negative

one? ''No one wants to think that harm might have been done,'' Halsey

says. ''I don't want to think harm might have been done.''

The first symptoms of autism often appear between the ages of 12 and

24 months. Most autism experts say that the two facts are

coincidental, but as a major California study recently confirmed,

autism is being diagnosed in numbers far higher than ever before,

suggesting that a nongenetic cause may be partly to blame. In some

children, the behavioral traits of autism present themselves along

with physical problems like sensory dysfunction and motor disorders

that have rough correlates in the mercury-poisoning literature. For

some parents, thimerosal provides a grand unifying theory that

squarely points the finger at the government and vaccine makers.

 

During much of the 20th-century, children suffered from an ailment

called pink disease, which caused peeling skin on the extremities as

well as regressive behavior. In 1948, a keen-eyed Cincinnati

pediatrician named Josef Warkany noticed a common risk factor in

these children: they had all been given teething powders containing

calomel, a mercury derivative.

 

Only about 1 in 500 children whose parents gave them calomel got pink

disease -- suggesting that a constitutional vulnerability to mercury

was part of the clinical picture. Soon after the powders were taken

off the market, pink disease disappeared.

 

[go back in history and check out the effects of Calomel used in many

other conditions, it is horrendous - if my memory serves me

correctly, at the turn of the century anyone unlucky enough to be

treated for pneumonia died from the treatment, while people in the

outback, left untreated, would often survive, calomel was one of the

methods used by the medical quacks back then to treat pneumonia -

there was another popular and just as deadly drug which escapes my

memory at the moment but which was reported by an MD to a Washington

group of MDs way back when, who recovered ALL of his patients through

simple hygienic methods, no drugs, his name also escapes me at the

It is my opinion that men like Halsey and others of his ilk pose a

much more serious threat to the health of our children than any

disease of childhood and I further opine that something needs to be

done to take such men out of circulation - if the allegations

concerning their effects on the public health are true they not only

do not belong in public service - they belong in jail. A good legal

mind willing to dedicate the time and effort necessary to investigate

those possibilities is sorely needed and daily prayed for. I continue

to wait for such a man or woman to step forward and take up the fight

so that we can begin to make men like Halsey and others of his ilk

pay the penalty for their actions if they are found guilty of such by

a jury of their peers. My advice to such men is, if you can't do the

time, don't do the crime. The time is rapidly approaching when

suddenly, one day, the public is going to awaken and you will

suddenly be held accountable for the horrendous damage you have done

and will continue to do to our innocents. I am sure that the leaders

of ENRON and other companies never expected to be held accountable

for their misdeeds. Don't count on remaining out of reach of the

common man - the public is being slowly awakened by people like

myself - and I am not alone - there is a growing number of others

like me!!!

The following letter [after my comments] was sent by FAX to all the

US Senators by Represenative Dan Burton. It really clarifies the

issue on vaccine liability in the Homeland Security bill.

 

 

 

MY COMMENTS: the Homeland Security Bill is a terrible intrusion into

the lives of American citizens and is just another step on the way to

totalitarian government in the USA. Think it's not possible??? Wake

up and take a look around!!! The average citizen is totally unaware

of the number of freedoms lost over the last half century.

 

 

 

Most people are totally unaware of the fact that we're living in a

police state.

 

 

 

Look around you, there are police everywhere you look. You can't

drive down a highway without noticing police hiding behind trees and

poles and highway signs or hanging over bridges and overpasses or

following you in aircraft involved in traffic traps. Police are

continually pointing radar cameras at you, ready to interfere with

your travel rights - to tax you for a crime you have not yet

committed - we build roads to accommodate speeds of over a hundred

miles an hour and then authorities place speed limits of 55 and 60MPH

which put you at risk and cause you to waste your precious time

etc.!!

 

 

 

You can't have a baby without a doctor's permission, can't go to

school without a doctor's permission, can't drive a car or go to work

without a doctor's permission and of all the insults and intrusions

into your privacy, EVEN YOUR BODY IS ATTACKED BY QUACK MEDICAL

DOCTORS with compulsory vaccines - you can't even send your children

to schools or colleges without some fool telling you that they have

to be vaccinated with a health threatening poison against some

disease that has not been a widespread threat for over a hundred

years and for which no vaccine has ever had any effect!!

 

 

 

What a deprivation of freedom and an atrocity that is!!!

 

 

 

And MOST people don't even whimper at being forced into such

atrocities!!

 

 

 

You have to submit to quack vaccine injections before you can travel

abroad or take certain jobs!! Wake up and act before it is too late

Everyone concerned with these crimes against humanity should have a

list of names of the quacks and their conspirators so that this can

be made available when the proverbial feces hits the whirling blade,

I have a strong feeling that something is about to break in regards

the medical abuse that has all but overwhelmed us in the last twenty

Make a list of the people you consider candidates for investigation

of possible crimes against the public - have it ready for use when

and if the time comes - this would include ANY high level person

encouraging or supporting the present pharmaceutically-driven,

devastating, medical quackery that is going on. For example the

number one suspect on my list is Tony Fauci of the CDC - if the facts

on AIDS as reported by Peter Duesberg are true as I understand them,

Tony Fauci belongs behind bars for the rest of his life, if not in an

electric chair or at the end of a rope or needle.

 

 

 

If we can send high level CEO swindlers to jail for long periods of

time for cooking the books just think of what we can do to these

quacks who are destroying the health of and killing infants and

children before they even have a chance to get started in life, much

less the damage they are doing to others. [How about all the people

who were killed by AZT in the 80s and 90s for treatment of the

fictitious AIDS epidemic? see below]

 

Then We can certainly send criminals doing the crimes of quack

medicine to the electric chair, gallows or end of a needle. Thousands

of American citizens were put to death by the CDC-directed war on a

non-existent epidemic [AIDS] by the use of AZT, a poison that killed

every lab animal it was ever used on during the initial experiments -

and killed every human able to absorb it who took enough doses. Fauci was a major driving force behind this AZT atrocity along with

Robert Gallo and gang. [AZT is a chain terminator of DNA synthesis

and as such is totally incompatible with life in those humans

unfortunate enough to be able to absorb it - those who failed to

absorb it and changed their life styles were recorded in the faulty

FACTS AND FICTION ABOUT THIMEROSAL IN VACCINES

November 18, 2002

 

Dear Colleague:

 

During the past 24 hours, a number of incorrect statements have been

made about the vaccine provisions in the Homeland Security Act. The

facts are simple. These provisions

severely restrict the legal rights of parents who believe their

children have suffered neurological damage due to vaccines. The

scientific debate remains unresolved. These provisions do not belong

in the Homeland Security Act. I hope the following points will help

separate fact from fiction.

 

FICTION: Scientists have concluded that there is no causal

connection between mercury-containing thimerosal and neurological

disorders such as autism.

 

FACT: In 2001, the respected Institute of Medicine concluded that a

connection between thimerosal and autism, while unproven,

is " biologically plausible. " The IOM called for further research,

stating, " the evidence is inadequate to accept or reject a causal

relationship between exposure to thimerosal from vaccines and

neurological developmental disorders of autism, ADHD, and speech and

language delays. "

 

FACT: Researchers in the state of California concluded this year

that there is no statistical explanation for the nearly 300% increase

in cases of autism in that state. " It is astounding to see a

threefold increase in autism with no explanation, " said Dr. Robert

Byrd, an epidemiologist who led the study. " There's a number of

things that need to be answered. We need to rethink the possible

causes of autism. "

 

FACT: An internal HHS document produced to the House Government

Reform Committee during its investigation into vaccine safety

described what it referred to as a " weak signal " in its data linking

thimerosal to neurological disorders: " Preliminary screening of ICD-9

codes for possible neurologic and renal conditions following

exposures to vaccines containing thimerosal before 3 months of age

showed a statistical association for the overall category of

neurological developmental disorders and for two conditions within

the category, speech delay and attention deficit disorder. "

 

FACT: If there were no concerns that scientific research would

demonstrate a connection between thimerosal and autism, Sections 1714-

1717 would not have been tacked onto the Homeland Security Act in the

eleventh hour with no debate.

 

FICTION: Sections 1714-1717 do not eliminate the rights of vaccine-

injured individuals to sue manufacturers of vaccines and their

components. Proponents of these provisions have stated that once

individuals have gone through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

they can still choose to file a civil law suit.

 

FACT: For many families who believe their children were injured by

mercury-based thimerosal, these provisions do eliminate their right

to file suits. The Vaccine Injury

Compensation Program has a narrow 3-year statute of limitations.

Because many families were unaware of the program, they were unable

to file a petition on time. Sections 1714-1717 take away their only

remaining legal recourse.

 

FICTION: Thimerosal has now been removed from all childhood vaccines

and is therefore no longer a concern.

 

FACT: While thimerosal has recently been removed from most pediatric

vaccines used in the United States, it is still used in the flu

vaccine given every year to millions of Americans, including children

as young as six months old.

 

FACT: The argument that thimerosal has been removed from most

pediatric vaccines is beside the point. Because the FDA was

painfully slow to seek the removal of thimerosal during the 1990's,

millions of children across the country were exposed to this mercury-

based preservative at a time when concerns about its health effects

were emerging. The legal rights of these children should not be

curtailed.

 

Please vote to strip Sections 1714-1717 from the Homeland Security

Act. Fifteen years ago, only 1 in 10,000 children was autistic.

Today that number has skyrocketed to 1 in 250. Let's not be stampeded

into cutting off the legal rights of these children without hearings

and a full public debate.
