This woman needs to call the Mayor's office, her city councilperson, city

attorney, Chief of Police and 3 shift Sargents of each precinct via fax with

at copy of USC 42 1985 that if she is stopped for exercising her

constitutional right to free speech because of her political bumber stickers

she will expect to be compensated $1,000,000. Our constitutional rights are

priceless, but $1,000,000 is a good price to ask for to let pimp squick cops

who have control issues know that THE PEOPLE ARE NOT going to be threatened

and intimiated out of their rights.

She could also find out if public speaking is allowed and if it's on cable

TV at the City Council meetings and go to the meetings to make public her

experiance. A copy of her letter to the local TV, political talk radio and

newspaper would also be a good idea to protect herself from harrassment.

Also, call the internal investigation department of the police and ask for

an investigation of the officer. It sounds like he might be in drugs or have

problems with cognitive function and may need to have some employment drug

tests performed to see if this was possible the reason he was exhibiting

such horrible behavior.

Thank you,

Dr. Sandra Lance, D.C.
