SECRET SERVICE VISIT, Waiving Constitutional Right Against Search & Seizure

Does anyone recall reading anywhere in the U.S. Constitution where an

American is required to waive their constitutional right against search when

a secret service gestapo thought police officer comes knocking on you door

to get evidence against you to put you into a psychiatric institution for

putting information on the internet that does not support the current

President when you have not committed a crime for which a warrant under oath

could be sworn for your arrest before Bush's New Freedom in Mental Health

for compulsory mental health screening of all Americans funded by Congress

in Nov. 2004 is invoked against the people?

I'm not an attorney but if I'd been visited by the secret police living

under the threat of yet another unscheduled threatening and intimidating

visit I have gotten the names of those two secret service officers and sent

them a certified return reciept letter that the next time they have any

questions about what I posted on the internet while they are being paid by

the taxpayers to spy on Americans who don't agree with the President's

political agenda they can have the common decentn courtesy to contact me by

e-mail first, ask me whatever questions that have and I'll respond to them

via the internet. If they insist in interviewing me in person it can be by

appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Otherwise I'd get a police officer

to go to their office and put them under criminal tresspass arrest notice

and have them arrested if they came onto my property again without a search

warrant signed by a Federal Judge with the charges against me which they

consider probable cause to come to my residene where I have a constitutional

right ot besecure in my papers, places and effects since the second I was

born as a American enumerated with that judge's signature authorization

their search of my property. I would include in my notice to the secret

service that I will never authorize them to access any of of records nor do

I agree to ever speak to them waiving my constitutional right to remain

silent again with a secret service agent. I would give them a copy of USC 42

1985 reminding them that when two persons conspire to violate a person's

constitutionl rights there are remedies against the co-conspirators and that

unless they have search warrant signed by a Federal Judge they are not to

set foot on my property to threaten and intimidate me out of exercising my

constitutional right ever again. These government officials need to be

reminded that their purpose for existence isn't to protect a goverment

official-it's to protect America and when they are threatening and

intimidating private citizens into waiveingtheir constitutional right by

showing up to take pictures and ask questions about their personal life that

is not promoting the land of the free and the home of the brave .It's the

use of public funds to prevent persons from making political statements

against a very unpopular president. If the offense has been made on the

internet that gives the secret service cause to belief that that person is

actually going to harm the president, there should be some other probable

cause other than just making a statement voer the internet. However, folks,

please realize, you are no longer living in the land of the free and the

home of the brave. You are living in Nazi Amerika. When the compulsory

mental health screening funding has been put in place the psychiatrists will

be waiting ready to be handsomely paid to medicate those who do not have

politically correct thinking with memory and cognitive impairment drugs so

that they will have tardive dyskinesia and can't type so fast on the

internet if they haven't had the will to fight medicated out of them and can

still remember what it was like to be free with liberty and justice for

all-if we ever were.If the Mental Health OFficers come to pick you up just

like the SS and KGB do without that person committing a crime, you have a

constitutional right not to waive your right against search. Same for when

DHR comes to take your kids if you don't agree to medicate them with

psychiatric drugs that will be recommended with the mental health screenings

done at school without your knowledge or consent if you don't go to

www.ablechild.org and get the form that prohibits it and get it sent to

your school superintendent forbidding testing of your child at school.

I have actually had two visits from the secret service since May of

2004. The first one was because of an anti-bush message that I

posted on the AOL message board. I said that Bush is a certified

psychotic nutcase, and America needs to take him out! (By

impeachment), but I did not put the impeachment in there. The agents

were very polite, interviewed me, took two photos of me, and said

they were sure that Washington would be satisfied.

 

The second visit was a bit more intimadating. The agents visited

because of a few paragraphs that I copied and posted on the AOL

board, taken from the book Trance Formation of America. They wanted

to know if I honestly thought that something like this could be

true? If it could perhaps just be fiction? I told them NO WAY!. I

told them that America needs to know the truth about what is really

going on in Washington. Then they started in on Mental Health. They

wanted to know if I drank or did drugs, if I ever tried to commit

suicide or had been hospitalized? Of course, I knew right were they

were heading:) I have learned enough about their tactics through my

own research:) Two can play their little manipulative games!!!!!

They also wanted me to sign forms for permission to get any hospital

records, permission to look at my credit etc. I refuse though! They

have no rights to get into my personal stuff. So the visit ended

with another photo session and they were on their way. They also

handed me another SS card and told me I could contact them to talk

(about what?) if need be.

 

So this is my story and I do not care to have to go through this

again.
