Guest guest
For pain relief? Hold your arm out, thumb upward. On the top of your arm, just below the crease of your elbow (maybe two fingers width from the crease) where your flesh is a high mound, there is a pressure point. Press a knuckle of your other hand there. If you find the right spot, it will hurt. Keep pressing a few minutes until it stops hurting. The pain relief in your hands will last quite a while. Repeat as necessary. More effective than ice!
