Guest guest
We are in VA where they have a lot of main offices for alternative-type entities, but are bass ackwards in a lot of other acceptance of things other than mainstream (though it's getting better) but when the folks at Healthkeepers/Trigon/Blue Cross-Blue shield gave us a talk about their HMO, they offered a discount on alternative services (ie. vitamins, herbs, accupuncture, etc) which they DON'T cover. Is this a step in the right direction, or just a thinly veiled effort to get more pharma co's in on the alternative money? BTW, I stayed with my PPO with Cigna which gives you next to nothing (other than ltd. chiropractic for ex.) but at least I'm not putting more money in their pocket for something else I probably won't use 'cause I don't take Centrum or One A Day's!! Steve Health through education, for a much misguided nation. ___________ Switch to Netscape Internet Service. As low as $9.95 a month -- Sign up today at http://isp.netscape.com/emreg Netscape.
