Hi!

 

Since I'm brand new to this list, I don't know what has been posted and what you

have tried, but there's a vitamin D cream you can get from your doctor, and you

can get your omega fats more in balance by using/eating perilla/flax/fish oils

instead of polyunsturates and other omega 6's. They may help with the skin

problems and St. John's Wort internally and externally along with neem may work.

Also, anyone that wants to let me know how to post replies (in case they are

filedby topic and reply) can let me know since I'm sure this is not the best
