Since I'm brand new to this list, I don't know what has been posted and what you have tried, but there's a vitamin D cream you can get from your doctor, and you can get your omega fats more in balance by using/eating perilla/flax/fish oils instead of polyunsturates and other omega 6's. They may help with the skin problems and St. John's Wort internally and externally along with neem may work.
