Dear Butch, Producer of These Orwellian Times,

Now that Bliss Alexander has been released from psychiatric political prison

in New York and Michael Nowik has been released in S. Dakato, perhaps we

could arrange for an interview with those two and one of the persons who

contacted me when I ran for Mayor of Huntsville, Alabama to expose in the

media the civil rights violations in the involuntary psychiatric commitments

in Madison County Alabama, Democratic Madison County Probate Judge Tommy

Ragland, H.S.G.E.D. presiding.

 

I'm copying this to Governor Riley's office, Alabama Department of Mental

Health & Retardation Commissioner Kathy Sawyer, Asst. Commissioner Kim

Ingram, Community Programs Director Molly Brooms, Sr. Advisor John Houston

and " Advocate " Director Allen Fortson. Perhaps since they have continued to

violate my civil right to be notifed of Board and Committee meetings and

constitutional right to equality refusing to inform me of the time and date

of the PUBLIC executive regulatory ADMH/MR board meetings depriving me of my

right to free speech to bring my grievances to my governmetn for redress,

one of them would be kind enough to accept this inviation to join us.

 

Now that Congress has approved funding for COMPULSORY MENTAL HEALTH

SCREENINGS of ALL AMERICANS in November 2004, I'm concerned that more

Alabamians' private assets and insurance or Medicare/Medicaide will be used

to fund Alabama's psychiatric institutions with in-patient commitment when

that person is not a threat to themselves or others but just a political

threat that needs to be silenced with false unsubstantiated allegations.

 

It is interesting to note that, although open records laws mandating the

provision of information has been being violated by Madison County Probate

Judge Tommy Ragland since March 10, 2003, I have been able to ascertain from

comments made in public that the commitments in Madison County approximately

tripled the first year the Madison County Commissioners funded the 4 full

time Mental Health Officers at the Madison County Mental Health Center

without Commissioner " Mo " Brooks, Esquire, abstaining. My Commissioner, a

Repulican candidate for Lt. Governor in 2006 has not responded to my Nov.

16, 2003 request that he respond in writing if he or County Attorney Julian

Butler are or are not recieving confict of interest legal referrals from

judges reciving monies from the Madison County Commission

or to my March 19, 2003 request as his constituent to address issues of

illegal, unethical and criminal estate administration in the Alma Virginia

Sanders estate.

 

The American people must be alerted to dissuade their State Senators and

Representatives from accepting this " New Freedom in Mental Health " funding

for compulsory mental health screenings for ALL Americans. There nothing

" free " about being drugged up involuntarily with mind and behavior

controlling drugs that cause suicide, homocide and sexual dysfunction with

a host of other symtoms or being locked up in a mental institution having

commited no crime for which a warrant under oath could be sworn for your

arrest.
