Jan 5, 2005 Chicago Tribune Translation: We need to protect those that make campaign contributions to us to keep us in power from being held liable for the deaths and disbilities that are caused by the drugs that the FDA doesn't make sure are safe before marketed to the public so that a jury of the victim's peers as per their constitutional right is negated when attorneys will no longer be motivated to sue for damage with a $250,000 cap.
