Dear All,

I'm happy to report that after Joey's doctor tried to brainwash him that I was

not trying to help him, was trying to get him not to sign an Authorization to

Release or Power of Attorney and agree to surgery with his probable golf buddy

without consulting with the brain surgeon that saved his life in 2000 on Sunday

January 1, 2005 and I faxed the House Supervisor a copy of the 9 page complaint

I faxed to the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners yesterday at 10AM that at

MIDNIGHT last night, Joey was informed that he should keep listening to me, that

I'm helping him and that they are going to do what they should have done without

ruining my New Years' weekend dealing with their passive agressive avoidance

behavior: refer the man for a 2nd opinion for the cervical surgery to the brain

surgeon.

When the psychiatrists were drugging my Mother with drugs that we now know the

manufacturers have known for years is causing people to commit suicide refusing

to let her sign an Authorization to Release Medical Information form while

prescribing a carcinogenic drug 8 months before her breast cancer was diagnosed

threatening not to let me visit her in the hospital and refusing her requests

that I be allowed to be in the consultation for family counseling somehow my

Mother got the idea that if I filed a complaint with the Alabama Board of

Medical Examiners she wouldnt' be able to find a doctor that would see her.

This time I already had the ABME's fax number from talking to the investigator

about Mother and I was ready to get those faxes out without having to take the

time to call and get it.

This would be another item to add to your list of survival supplies to have

available if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to

enter the enemy territory of a hospital.

Prehaps even put that information into your Medical Power of Attorney and

Authorization to Release Information that you want to have access to a fax to be

able to file your complaint from the hospital if you are unhappy with the care

you recieve.

I did take a moment of quiet satisfaction over the assured scene of the doctor,

hospital administrator, nurse and who knows who else sitting up until MIDNIGHT

last night having to take time to read my fax after they refused to honor Joey's

very reasonable request to discuss his health care with me.

He called to say they didn't give him any medication yesterday and he feel

better than when they were pumping him up with about 5-6 drugs and distilled

water (supposedly) IV costing YOU

THE TAXPAYERS, God knows what.

I don't think the next time Joey goes to that hospital they'll be threatening to

call the police and have him thrown in jail when he asks for copies of his

medical records like they did Friday.

Thank you,

Dr. Sandra Lance,D.C.
