Candida - Change from Good to Bad?

Joanne, I found this article interesting and want to give the test a

try sometime.

What does one do if one discovers one DOES have candida? I haven't done the spit

test yet, but I would like more info on what it is, and what to do if I DO test

positive in this simple little test!
