Guest guest
I truly am sorry if I offended anyone with my post. I didn't intend to. My heart goes out to you who are dealing with a devastating disease. I believe that turning to holistic methods of treatment is one of the best things you can do. That is what I did with my cat when she was diagnosed with CRF and was not given much hope of living. I have started her on some homeopathics that the holistic practitioner recommended and she has great success with these. We now have hope. My dog had severe allergies, which we have finally been able to alleviate by changing to a natural diet and vitamin supplementation. Seeing the results I have had with alternative treatments for my animals opened my eyes and I realized I need to apply these same principles to myself and my family as we are dealing with some issues that mainstream medical practices and pharmicuticals are not solving. This group is somewhat different from others I belong to, so I will try to learn quietly from your postings. But please accept my apologies, I did not mean to offend. And thank you all of you who did reply with book suggestions and other list suggestions. It is much appreciated. I find it overwhelming to select a book from the many offered on a subject. When someone has read a book that they found very educational and good and can recommend it, it helps so much with the choice. Guest guest
Hey, it has been a pleasure to meet you Jennie, and you certainly didnt cause any offence to me, anyway. the way I see it is that we all have to start somewhere, its not easy to break free from the 'spell' of allopathic medicine; and I think you are very lucky, this is the perfect place to begin your studies, I wish I had had the advantage of being a member of this group years ago! All the Best, and good luck with your reading, Yvonne xx , " jenniedhs " <jsims442@c...> wrote: > > > I truly am sorry if I offended anyone with my post. I didn't intend > to.
