Washington Republicans Lose Ruling on Disputed Governor Ballots --Washington's

Republican Party lost a lawsuit seeking to prevent the county that includes

Seattle from counting hundreds of ballots left out of their initial tally, a

benefit to Democrat Christine Gregoire.
