Dear Gloria,

I am honored that you would share your story with us and I am forwarding it

to other groups as I assume that since you've publicly posted it you would

not object to publicly posting it elsewhere. We are on the brink of an

unpresidented assault on the right of families to raise their children's

minds and have the primary influence on the next generation coming from the

family and not government. At no time in human history has any government

power attempted to alter brain chemistry as is being invoked against the

population in the schools and in teaching members of the society to percieve

normal emotions and commications as being " mentally ill " or " crazy " and

being taught that behavior that they do not agree with or feel comfortable

with needs to be " helped " with psychaitric medications that have the

population controlling side effects of homocide, suicide, sexual

dysfunction, etc. You are to be greatly admired for being willing share your

real life story of being assertive for your family's right to raise your

descendents the way your family wants him to be molded and not the way

government funded employes want to have power over the family's rights. This

is also an issue with the vaccines in the parent deciding what shoudl and

should not go into their offspring's body.

Thank you,

Dr. Sandra Lance, D.C.

I am currently in the throes of turmoil created by my husband & I refusing

to have our grandson, Noah, undergo psychological evaluation at the

direction of the school. Noah currently is listed as " learning disabled "

for reasons I won't go into here -- but many, many people who are reading

this are familiar with his & our story. (See

http://www.ablechild.org/gloria%20wright.htm) The school directed us to

have Noah tested by a county mental health agency in order to be assured he

qualifies for special teaching means already guaranteed him under IDEA as

well as No Child Left Behind Act. This boy has, this year, undergone a

tremendous amount of neuropsych testing under the administering of a

nationally renowned neuropsychologist with well over 40 years in his field.

I wrote the following: " Under The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment

(PPRA), 20 U.S.C. & 1232h, we will not agree to any analysis or evaluation

being conducted on Noah. Noah's mental health care rests in the hands of

__________ and he will remain in his good care without interruption

orparticipation by any outside facilities... " This actionh has caused quite

a stir in the educational system & has gained the support of his mental

health professionals & advocates.

Do NOT hesitate to take a stand for your child, or to use the laws so many

have worked so hard to put in place! They are there to protect you & your

child & you need to use them! We do not relish another battle in our lives,

but neither will we allow Noah to fall victim to the error that exists in

the public school systems.

Blessings to all & Merry, Merry Christmas

Gloria Wright
