Dear Alex Jones,

You may recall we did a couple of interviews several years while I was not

waiving my constitutional right in the act of illegal fingerprinting for the

Ga. Driver's license. When my Mother committed suicide Feb. 6, 2002 while

under the influence of antidepressents that congress admitted in the Sept.

2004 FDA hearings are known to cause children to commit suicide, I decided I

would move to back to my hometown in Huntsville, Alabama where

fingerprinting is not required for the driver's license. The Probate Judge

didn't want me moving back into town in competition with his non-D.C. wife's

chiropractic business where he was an employee earning over $10,000 with his

H.S.G.E.D. and she was arrested for two counts of first degree identify

theft and under investigation for over $200,000 of insurance fraud with the

FBI. There are a variety of white collar grave robbing schemes allowing

attorneys to steal from my Mother's estate which I was able to investigate

by reading the Title 43-Wills and Estates laws catching them unexpectedly in

the act of attempted grand theft with the ex parte blessings of the corrupt

judge. When I would not agree to be threatened and intimidated out of my

ancestral home and administrative, constitutional, inheritance, civil and

property rights without defending my rights, the Probate Judge initiated

involuntary psychiatric commitment against me with Mental Health Officer

Tammy Leeth 6 days after I filed a pro se Motion for Administration

preventing his Court Administrator from stealing $5,000-$50,000 from the

estate.

Although my knowledge of my constitutional right against seizure and other

successful political warfare reponses saved my body from the politically and

financially motivated biochemical judicial terrorism invoked against me for

commiting the offense of believing I still have constitutional and civil

rights, Judge Ragland did successfully terrororize and railroad me out of

Madison County.

 

I am writing to you at this time out of my concerns for Bliss Alexandra who

has been subjected to psychotrophic medications in Albany, N.Y. She doesn't

know me and I've never met her.

I do know that she has been injected with 19 psychotrophic drugs in 2 months

and that she is still incarcerated.

Calls and faxes need to be coming in throughout the country to disable all

the offices that have committed these unAmerican activities against her for

commiting the offense of exercising her constitutional right to free speech

and bringing her grievances before her government for redress. You have the

power to invoke this national public outcry.

 

If you would like to interview me on the subject of psychiatric commitment

used against political whistleblowers,

I would be honored.

 

With Congress passing Bush's New Freedom in Mental Health funding Nov. 2004

and the National ID Dec. 9, 2004, these issues that have personally had such

a devestating effect on my life are in the national news and deserve redress

in your broadcasts.

Dear Doctor Lance, I do not have any personal

information beyond what I have read in the article

your referenced, and I don't live in New York. I'm in

no way related to the story, but am very concerned

about what was abuse done to Ms. Alexander, the waste

of tax dollars, and the chilling effect such abuse has

on our feelings of safety and freedom as well. We just

can't function as a society if false records can be

used to hurt us and take our freedoms.

 

For the convenience of others interested in this case,

I have tried to summarize some of the information

below including some key contacts.

 

Perhaps Carl Frederick or the reporter from Empire

Journal (see below) would be available to do the radio

interview. They both have direct knowledge with the

case and would probably be in touch with Ms.

Some Details of Case:

Ms. Bliss Alexander's legal name is Darlene Early.

The police had her listed as Darlene Barely with a

wrong birth date.

 

Alexander was returned to Albany 12-8-04, scheduled to

appear in Albany City Court Thursday, 12-9-04 before

Judge Thomas Keefe

She had been held at the Kirby Forensic Psychiatric

Center in Manhattan, NY

Kirby Psychiatric Center, a maximum security facility

perated by the State Office of Mental Health.

For two months Alexander was forcibly injected with

what is described as a lethal combination of 16 drugs

against her will.

Albany Police Chief-James Turley of the Albany

Department of Public Safety ordered Alexander

arrested by August 26, 2004 the day after she filed a

complaint with the Albany District Attorney's Office

for her car being towed and the Police Chief's

comments to her over the phone.

Arreesting Officers- Jeffrey DeMarco and W. F. Warner

Spokesperson for the Albany Department of Public

Health- Detective James Miller

 

State Office of Mental Health was given custody of

Alexander:

Sharon Carpinello-commissioner of the State Office of

Mental Health.

(Carpinello's husband-State Supreme Court Justice in

Appellate Division Third Department.)

 

 

Robin Siegal-Director of Albany County Dept of Mental

Health

 

Psychiatric Staff involved in witnessing to Ms.

Alexander's " incompetence " and having her forcibly

locked up for 90 days.

 

Michelle Gerber- a new psychologist, licensed only

since May, 2004,employed by the Albany County

Correctional Facility

David J. Kelley-coordinator of the mental health care

unit that examined Alexander

 

According to the Empire Journal article, Gerber and

Kelley filed the report that Alexander was paranoid,

unreasonable, not cooperative, " incapacitated " used by

Judge Keefe to order to her forced detention

 

The above people's action resulted in Alexander being

sent to Kirby Maximum Security Psychiatric Center.

 

Following are the staff at Kirby who participated in

having Ms. Alexander forcibly drugged:

James Hicks-acting director of clinical services at

Kirby filed the order to show cause why Alexander

should not be forcibly drugged. Filed the order based

on witness of Sanon and Rodriguez, below, which was

also signed by Musat, their director.

 

Paul Sanon, MD (not board certified)

Ana Rodriguez, MD (resident doctor and not licensed

physician)

Sanon and Rodriguez signed the report which was used

to justify drugging Alexander.

Alexander lacked the capacity to refuse drugs because

she said she had no mental illness and that her rights

were being violated, that she had disorganized and

paranoid thinking.

 

Cristina Musat-acting clinical director at Kirby (not

American citizen) signed Rodriguez's report. (no

indication she was present. Also, Musat has only a

limited license to practice medicine as she is not a

US citizen)

 

Albany County District Attorney Office- received the

complaint about Alexander's car being towed by the

police from private property and the threat of Police

Chief Turley the day before Alexander was arrested.

 

 

 

 

Some of the Damage Incurred by Ms Alexander beyond

physical and psychological damge include:

Ms. Alexander was the owner of The People's

Alternative in Albany, New York, founded in 1990. It

is unclear if her business is still open at this time.

To date the action has resulted in three months of

lost wages.

 

As a result of the action against her, she was evicted

from her property, locked up for three months,

forcibly drugged for the last two months of her

detention.

 

It is unclear what the storage costs may be for the
