Dear Mr. Johnson,

I appreciate your posting my comments. However I would like to say that it

is my opinion that Communism is the confiscation of properties for the

benefit of all. The laws that are in place that I have researched in Alabama

are probably analogous to Mental Health laws in most state. Each and every

one of you that is a political activists would be wise to read these laws

and be very aware of your civil rights proactively. Seizing Americans and

locking them up in psychiatric institutions in political retalation using

laws that were intended to protect the rights of the mentally unsound to

violate the rights of the mentally sound does not benefit all. It damages

the assets of the wrongfully committed. It may render them mentally disabled

unable to be a taxpayer for the rest of their life. It may render them

subject to a lifetime of attempting to become unaddicted to the iatrogenic

medications when suffering from withdrawal/discontinuation syndrome. Once

released they may exhibit agressive and homocidal behavior that fills our

prisons and results in many jobs programs for lawyers as criminal defense,

guardian ad litems and judges. Once addicted to the drugs that the

manufactures know will cause addition but the legalized drug dealers, the

psychiatrists, decieve with falsehoods that they are not addictive (because

the literature says " discontinuation syndrome " if that American is too

misrable and can't find another way out the population control benefit of

suicide can be a side effect.

The politicians are benefited by the silenced whistleblower who will be

released after being " helped " as a mind and behavior altered facade of the

human being that entered the medical experimental institution on longer able

to possibly remember or have normal cognitive function or bring their

grievances to their disinterested suppressive and tyrranical government

financing public officials violating their Oaths of Office. The American

people are lulled into complacency with the propaganda that we are still

free and have more liberty than " other " countries and can be easily

persuaded to believe the public officials effective smear campaign against a

politically psychaitrically altered person that they must be irrational and

not be believed.

THE PEOPLE must demand that state legislators refuse to accept Congress'

funding for COMPULSORY MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING OF ALL AMERICANS in Bush's

New Freedom in Mental Health. It is neither free or interested in your

Mental Health. Do not wait until the Mental Health (SS-Gestapo) Officer

arrives at your door with the armed and threatening armed law enforcement

officers to take you to your local hospital to get you some " help " . There

are measures you can take to protect yourself and the first is the read the

mental health and commitment laws in your state and be armed not only with

your constitutional right but knowledge of your civil rights.

compulsory mental health screening by congress are

accepted in your state.

A " threat " to the safey of others is all that is

needed to commit you involuntarily to a psychiatric

institution for mind and behavior altering

" medication " .
