After reading the post included at the bottom, one person on my list sent

this to the NY times. We all need to write letters to editors to get people to

be aware of the real news. It is an important way we can each help. I will

write one now.

Dear editor,

Election Fraud News

The news today is powerful. Sworn testimony to House Judiciary Committee

members that Republican Congressman Feeney sought “vote-rigging†software,

that

a voting machine company representative tampered with vote counting machines

(last Friday) prior to the recount, and that such tampering is going on all

over Ohio. (Makes one wonder about the validity of the New Hampshire

recount.)Meanwhile, our wonderful “free†major media continue to ignore the

story.

We're not talking just internet traffic here. We're talking the House Judiciary

Committee. Ignored.

1) CLINT CURTIS STUNS JUDICIARY COMMITTEE HEARINGS IN OHIO WITH 'JAW

DROPPING' SWORN TESTIMONY

PUBLICLY NAMES FEENEY IN FRONT OF COMMITTEE AS ASKING HIM TO DEVELOP

'VOTE-RIGGING' SOFTWARE!

Testimony Described as 'Show Stopper'!

'Stunner', 'Jaws Dropped'!

Audible 'Gasps' heard in chamber room!

Excerpts from:

http://bradblogtoo.blogspot.com/2004/12/breaking-update-clint-curtis-stuns.html

The software programmer, whose sworn affidavit was first reported by The BRAD

BLOG, named Republican U.S. Congressman Tom Feeney (a Republican member of

the Judiciary Committee!) as having asked him to create " vote-rigging " software

when he was a Florida Congressman prior to 2000 elections!

The following account may sound melodramatic but it is highly accurate. None

of these are quotes and represent [the writer’s] best recollection.

At approx 1p, Clint Curtis was called as a witness. Some of the audience

literally gasped while others applauded. They clearly knew who he was. At the

front of the room, he placed his hand on a bible and was sworn.

Arnebeck … asked Curtis something like whether voting machines could be

hacked. He said yes. Arnebeck asked him on what he based that opinion. He said

because I wrote a program that could do it. Arnebeck asked when that happened.

Curtis said Feeney had asked him to design such a program at yang enterprises.

Jaws dropped. Congressmen Tubbs, Jones, and Waters looked shocked. Curtis

was asked what he would conclude if there was such a substantial deviation

between exit polls and actual results. He said he would conclude the election

had

been hacked. Gasps. Could have heard a pin drop.

In the end, Curtis was very convincing to everyone in attendance. He was a

show stopper, a stunner. It was a really amazing moment

2) Witness says voting company tampered with machines after vote and tried to

plant false information into Ohio recount

Green Party says voting company tampered with recount effort

By John Byrne | RAW STORY Editor

Excerpts from: http://www.bluelemur.com/index.php?p=490

David Cobb, the unsuccessful Green Party presidential candidate, aired

startling allegations at the Democratic House Judiciary Committee’s Columbus

hearings Monday, alleging that a voting company representative tampered with

voting

equipment in Columbus last Friday and attempted to plant false information into

the Ohio recount.

Cobb says that a witness who had requested anonymity watched a representative

of Triad Systems enter the Columbus Board of Elections unannounced and tamper

with a vote tabulator which then lost all data.

The representative then, Cobb said, tried to convince employees to post false

information so that it would appear as if the data was valid and had never

been lost.

Minority leader of the House Judiciary Committee Rep. John Conyers (D.-Mich)

replied, “David Cobb, I need to you to arrange a meeting with our staff

immediately.â€

Cobb asserted that such practices were “going on across the state.â€

And from: http://www.breakfornews.com/articles/OhioForumDec13Report1.htm

The House Judiciary Cmte., meeting in Columbus, Ohio to investigate

presidential election vote irregularities in the state, has heard evidence that

preparations to conduct a fraudulent recount are underway statewide.

In early testimony, chairman of the forum, Rep. John Conyers heard from Green

party presidential candidate, David Cobb that employees of punch card vendor,

Triad Governmental Systems, Inc. (Triad GSI) are attempting to orchestrate a

fraudulent recount of the 3 percent of precincts likely to be included in the

first phase of the recount process.

And from http://www.breakfornews.com/

Rep. John Conyers vowed that this was not the last such meeting. He said

Judiciary Cmte. staffers would in coming days be meeting with witnesses and

accepting depositions.

The hearing is continuing.

3) John Kerry's Recount Letter to Ohio Counties

Kerry moves to a " Hands On " approach to Ohio Recount

Democrat John Kerry has asked county elections officials to allow his

witnesses to visually inspect the 92,000 undervote and overvote ballots cast in

Ohio.

The request is among 11 items that Kerry is requesting as part of the recount

that Ohio's 88 county boards of election will begin this week, according to a

letter sent to the boards over the weekend.

4) More “Impossible†Voting Statistics – Analysis by PhD’s

http://www.thealliancefordemocracy.org/html/eng/2222-AA.shtml

In one exit poll affidavit, Jonathan David Simon, an expert witness, notes

that at 12:53 a.m. the exit polls altered the projected winner - even though the

same number of votes had been cast. " Although each update reports the same

number of respondents (872), the reported results differ significantly, with the

latter (12:53 a.m.) exit poll results apparently having been brought into

congruence with the tabulated vote results. " In other words, the exit polls were

made to conform to a political decision to declare Bush the victor.

Another exit poll affidavit, filed by Ron Paul Baiman, an economist and

statistician at the University of Illinois and University of Chicago, said the

swing in national exit poll results, recorded at 12:33 a.m., when Kerry was

winning with 50.8 percent of the vote, to Bush winning with 51.2 percent, was,

" in

lay terms, impossible. "

" This is more than a 100 percent swing in the other direction of the exit

poll margin, he said. " There is less than a one in 25,000,000 (1/25,507,308)

chance of this occurring. "

Another affidavit by Richard Hayes Phillips, a geomorphology Ph.D. from

University of Oregon with a special expertise in spotting anomalous data, found

dramatic examples of erroneous voting patterns - with votes taken away from

Kerry

- that can only be explained by computer manipulation.

[Phillips] summarizes his findings: " It is my professional opinion that John

Kerry's margins of victory were wrongly reduced by 22,000 votes in Cleveland,

by 17,000 votes in Columbus, and by as many as 7,000 votes in Toledo. It is my

further professional opinion that John Kerry's margins of defeat in Warren,

Butler, and Clermont Counties were inflated by as many as 37,000 votes in the

aggregate, and in Miami County by as many as 6,000 votes. There are still

92,672 uncounted regular ballots that, based upon the analysis set forth of the

election results from Dayton and Cincinnati, may be expected to break for John

Kerry by an overwhelming margin. And there are still 14,441 uncounted

provisional ballots. "

5) NATION AT A CROSSROADS

http://www.breakfornews.com/

John Bonifaz also requested Rep. Conyers to formally object to any

declaration of a winner of the electoral college vote on January 6th, 2005 --if

a

recount was still underway or a different set of electors had been nominated for

Ohio.

" The nation is at a crossroads, " Bonifaz told the forum.

" We can stand by while our democracy erodes around us, or we can stand up and

fight, " he said.

6) Recount staffer being followed and has car “run off the roadâ€

Excertps from: http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/ohioaffidavit.html

Katrina Sumner provided sworn testimony that office where ballots were kept

was found unlocked with lights on and other suspicious activity. She has been

extremely active in the recount process here in Montgomery County, Ohio.

From her:

Last night I was returning from Columbus and was scared out of my mind. First

I've been getting calls from a man that has been able to tell me each and

every place I've been or roads I've been traveling on (a group of 3 other women

heard this while driving me to meet Jesse Jackson and Cliff Arnebeck last

night, having the call on speaker). Then while driving back I was ran off the

road

by two dark blue Suburbans(?), bigger than 4 runners anyway, with dark tinted

windows. They came up behind me with their brights on and then one came to the

side of me and ran me into the ditch off I-70. It's becoming apparent to me

that someone is not liking what I'm doing. Katrina Sumner

7) Witness to Organized Republican Threatening of Democratic Voters

http://www.thealliancefordemocracy.org/html/eng/2222-AA.shtml

Also in Franklin County, a worker at the Holiday Inn observed a team of 25

people who called themselves the " Texas Strike Force " using payphones to make

intimidating calls to likely voters, targeting people recently in the prison

system. The " Texas Strike Force " members paid their way to Ohio, but their hotel

accommodations were paid for by the Ohio Republican Party, whose headquarters

is across the street. The hotel worker heard one caller threaten a likely

voter with being reported to the FBI and returning to jail if he voted. Another

hotel worker called the police, who came but did nothing.

8) OHIO SUPREME COURT CHALLENGE

http://www.breakfornews.com/

Lawyer John Bonifaz, acting for Cliff Arnebeck, and the " Alliance for

Democracy " on behalf of a group of 40 voters, filed a suit asking the Ohio

Supreme

Court review the election outcome.

Backing the suit, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said George W. Bush received higher

votes where optical-scan voting machines were used. He questioned whether the

machines were calibrated to record votes for Bush.

John Bonifaz, the general counsel of the non-partisan National Voting

Institute, who filed the Ohio Supreme Court suit, described the Ohio

presidential

election as a crime against democracy, the right to vote, and the U.S.

Constitution.
