Guest guest Posted December 4, 2004 Report Share Posted December 4, 2004 A friend of mine is about to have a mechanical aortic valve inserted and consequently has been told he will be on Warfarin for the rest of his life. Does anyone know of an alternative to warfarin? Maybe a nutrient that acts as an anti-coagulant.
