Guest guest
After reading the messages here on AMF copied from Dr. Day's website, I checked out DrDay.com and was completely amazed at how different it looks as a whole. The entire site has a very rhetorical tone, and it is aimed solely at selling books/videos and more. I don't doubt that she cured her own cancer using natural means. And I'm sure that she's a very wonderful person (the photographs show a stunning, healthy, confident woman). But her web site makes her appear opportunistic and it reflects poorly on her message. While other sites do sell products to support their activities(ie: Mercola) the very nature of the Internet is based on the maxim that " information should be free " , and on highly reputable websites you'll find that there is always a significant amount of free information available. Just my 0.02. Thank you JoAnne for posting those excellent specific excerpts from Dr. Day's website. It all goes to show how important context can be. Hi David, The article that I posted was copied from Dr. Day's website before she came under such vicious attack. I knew that she had been under close scrutiny and subjected to intense criticism recently. Although I have not followed it closely during the past few months, I know that she received some warnings last fall at the time that so many other (hundreds) health sites were pulled down by the FDA/FTC. This did not come as a complete surprise, because I was aware that one of the books she was promoting on her site regarding AIDS was authored by a man already arrested/incarcerated for his research on AIDS…exposing the coverup by the CDC. It is not surprising to me that this occurred, however I am surprised that her site was left intact. There are some minor changes however. She had previously offered the sale of Barleygreen on her website with the accompanying claim that it was instrumental in " curing " her breast cancer. Obviously, they took that privilege away as well. I believe it was her choice…, she would not offer it without an accompanying claim. That is understandable. This may also be related to another incident that just occurred within the past few years… because she was championing the cause of a close friend… in Florida I believe… who to my knowledge is still incarcerated for providing assistance (supplements) to cancer patients which were instrumental in their cure. Immediately after this, her website changed considerably. Before, there were letters blasting the FDA, AARP and others who had leveled attacks against her, claiming that she had conjured up her illness (stage three breast cancer) and were basically questioning everything from her initial diagnosis right up to her final cure! In retrospect I can see that she was way too vocal in criticizing orthodox methods. And the attacks kept coming! I believe that the noose is tightening... we are going to see quite a bit more of this type of thing occurring in the near future. One reason I offer very little of this type of information on any of my websites. For the time being, it seems, Mercola has managed to escape scrutiny. Evidently they do not view him as a threat to their activities! Dr. Day primarily is concerned with the cancer genocide and still is actively engaged in promoting interest in alternatives. I view her on several cable channels now. Her videos have all the health information that anyone needs to receive their healing. It is a shame that allopathic medicine is attempting to silence her! She was an inspiration to me at a very crucial point in my life! Blessings, JoAnn
