Guest guest
Hi group, I live in Brisbane ,Australia and recently there has been a big move on the part of some medical authorities to fluoridate our water supply. For many years I have read articles that present what seems to me to be sound arguement against this, and so it was good to read the article in this month's nexus magazine (a weird mag that has some good content mixed in with alien stuff!) an article from a paul connett PhD. the link is -http://www.fluoridealert.org/absurdity.htm Now in our main newspaper " the sunday mail " november 14 04 on page 44 there is an article on the fluoridation situation along with a small article entitled " city and ama (australian medical authority) snub meeting " This mentions the fact that a public forum is to be held tuesday night in a college in order to debate the issue , the city council and the ama have been invited to take part and present their arguements for fluoride and guess what! Dr. david molloy who is Queensland's president of the A.M.A is quoted " We're not prepared to stand alongside them and see children's teeth damaged because of a hysterical and untruthful public campaign " How can anyone win against such reasonable logic!( joking of course) Anyway I'll be going along - and it seems in future I'll have to save up for a bigger and better water filter ! kim Find local movie times and trailers on Movies. Guest guest
I am in a fluoridated region and buy all drinking water, and think it is an absolute crime that cities are allowed to dispose of waste matter in our water supply and call it 'beneficial'. The government officials and doctors and AMA leaders who deride the arguments against fluoride as " hysterical and untruthful public campaigns " really sooner or later should be obliged to be defend themselves against very serious charges in court. If they will not learn via the copious material that already exists then they need to learn via court sanctioned consequences. Perhaps the day will come. Have you read: " Why I am now officially opposed to adding fluoride to drinking water " by Dr. Hardy Limeback, BSc, PhD, DDS Associate Professor and Head, Preventive Dentistry University of Toronto? <http://www.fluoridealert.org/limeback.htm>. Copies would make a good flyer to distribute at the " Compulsory Experimental Medication " forum. The existence of Dr. Limeback's article shows that at least since the year 2000, (and probably a long time prior), AMA and city officials have been ignoring serious and well-credentialed peer criticism of fluoridation. The dangerous effects have been documented and yet they persist in their support and actions. Let the court arise! I wish you success!
