ARE THERE RIOTS IN PORTLAND?

Do we have readers in Portland who can confirm or deny any of this?

it gets removed... here are some of the headlines:

 

breaking news - November 3

7:41PM PST: 6 confirmed arrests from jail support. They are asking

for food, coffee, cigarettes, and another driver.

 

7:33PM PST: Food Not Bombs is serving near the Skidmore fountain

in Saturday Market in solidarity with marchers. As they attempt to

take the bridge and charge across the streets.

 

7:31PM PST: Marchers keep charging across the street, to get out

of the park. Bike police are leaving, as police with clubs and zipties

are moving in.

 

7:28PM PST: Marchers are in waterfront park, heading toward

Burnside Bridge. The march is out of the park, back into the city. The

police have started pushing people back. Near Saturday Market. 2-300

people.

 

7:17PM PST: There are too many people in too many spots for the

police to keep up with it. 20-30 riot cops giving chase on Front St.

It is beautiful out there!

 

7:15PM PST: Offensive charge against police brigade. March is

running through waterfront park towards the Morrison bridge, they are

going to take it tonight.

 

7:11PM PST: Critical Mass is less than 100 at N. Park Blocks,

havent taken off yet. Another caller says 40-50 riders, and a gaggle

of police..

 

7:05PM PST: First and morrison, the march was heading toward the

bridge. However, the march waited for the police to show before making

their move. Now they are confronting just before the bridge. An SUV

has blocked the street.

 

7:00PM PST: At 3rd and Alder, march moving towards Morrison

Bridge. Around 300 people roving in groups of 50-70. Chanting " not my

president not my war. "

 

6:56PM PST: Four confirmed arrests from jail support. One minor

was taken into protective custody, as their parent was arrested. Jail

Support needs SUPPORT: call 503-234-4518, to offer help!
