Guest guest Posted November 1, 2004 Report Share Posted November 1, 2004 Dear Group, I have asked all members to please cut off all of the signatures put on the bottom of the posts when you reply to the group. If you do not and they go through the servers again it picks up another set of signatures on top of the first ones and each time thereafter so we wind up with a tail of junk at the bottom. Well, the response was underwhelming to say the least. and at this point I am not sure that some of you should be allowed to go out alone without an attendant being present. In the interests of clarity, I am posting the signatures here as an example of the stuff that needs to deleted or cut off. Take a look below. Guest guest Posted November 1, 2004 Report Share Posted November 1, 2004 How to Automatically delete original message from your response for Mail: For Mail, This is how you automatically remove the original text from your reply: Click 'mail options " top right of mail page Click " general preferences " Click replying- " don't include original message when replying " Click " save " bottom left of general preferences page.
