iced tea/health benefits

Hello, I am also a lover of iced tea, besides the hot cuppa. My question is

this:

if I just add a few tea bags or whatever into cold water and sun brew it,,,will

I still

manage to derive the health benefits of green or herbal tea? Do I have to boil

it

first as directions say? I would rather take this quick shortcut,,but if I am

getting

no good out of the health part,,,then maybe I should go through the steps.
