Guest guest
MessageDear Jack, This may be an issue we don't agree on. Are you in favor of Terri's feeding tubes being removed and letting her die? Talk to Vicki Travis about euthnasia. I don't necessarily disagree with you about the political motivation of Jeb Bush because I don't like any of the Bush's but I don't think an Americans should have their constitutional right to life violated because they are disabled. If we started pulling the plug on Americans who cannot live without life support or medical assistance, where would that lead us? Vicki Travis can talk to you about her experiences with her Father. Nancy Valko is a nurse involved with life issues. Jeb, Supreme Court, Save Terri's Life Jeb Bush has interfered in the family relations of Schiavo family for purely political reasons, and has attempt to drag out the suffering of both Terri and Michael Schiavo is unconscienable. We need to get the Bushes out of everyone's lives and allow families to deal with the tragedies that take place without drooling politicians taking advantage of them for political gain. Bush should be in prison for election violations. He is a criminal already. He should have no standing in the court in the Schiavo case. Jeb, Supreme Court, Save Terri's Life On Friday, October 22, Governor Bush filed the following " Motion to Recall Mandate and Stay Issuance of Mandate Pending Appellant's Petition For Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court " . In his Motion, the Governor states that his counsel " received a copy of correspondence from counsel for Michael Schiavo which indicated that, the mandate from this Court having been issued, Mr. Schiavo intended to proceed as quickly as possible with efforts to remove Theresa Schiavo's feeding tube " . A copy of this correspondence is included in the motion. In short, the Governor is asking the Florida Supreme Court not to allow the removal of Terri's feeding tube until he is able to make his case with the Supreme Court of the United States, citing " no irreparable harm will accrue to Mr. Schiavo if the mandate is recalled and a stay issued " . It has been the opinion of many that the Governor was denied due process throughout Schiavo v. Bush and will be addressing those issues at the Supreme Court of the United States level.
