Guest guest
No, Adelle Davis states in " Let's Get Well " , page 319, the magnesium intake should be approximately half that of calcium. Guest guest
Adelle Davis was a great ol' gal. But a good deal of her thinking is old hat, and has been supplanted. The trend in modern thinking about the balance of Magnesium to Calcium is definitely toward increasing the Magnesium. I've repeatedly heard from various nutritional thinkers, that Calcium is best obtained from fresh vegetables and fruit.
