Guest guest Posted October 19, 2004 Report Share Posted October 19, 2004 I don't have a dignosis yet. I have had problems with intestinal pain and nausea on and off for a few years. My dr. suggested on my lastvisit that it could be something called inflammed bowel disease, which sounds like it could be pretty similar to irritable bowel syndrome or colitis. I can be fine for months and then I will have an outbreak. My latest outbreak has really sucked, I'm even fatigued I want to prevent this from coming back again throug dietary changes and lifstyle changes. I have a few questions 1.What foods do you recommend. 2. I hear a lot about soy, but in the past I've found that soy causes gas for me. 3. Can you eat cheese in moderation? 4. Is the best diet the basic low fat , lots of vegtables and lean meats type of diet? 5. What about flax seed oil, can that help? 6. Know of any yoga poses that might help? Thanks.
