I am type 2 diabetic.I am type 2 diabetic - I have lost 65 lbs and

now not on medication as I was obese but my sugars are still elevated

a bit. I walk daily. I have cinnamon - and am starting fenugreek -

but my sugars need some more help.I will appreciate any help or

advice. I am even prepared to travel to any country where some help

can be found. I have a lot of family responsibility as my children

are very small - I have to get well - no matter what. PLEASE help me.

hi,

have you tried bitter melon? i am currently taking these supplements for three

weeks now and my blood sugar levels have never been better. i regularly check my

fbs and i could see the results myself since i started drinking the stuff. i

also watch my diet and walk regularly, and i swear i have never felt better.

anyway, i know not everything works the same way for everybody (i've also tried

the cinnamon thing), but if you're interested, i'm taking charantea ampalaya

supplements. it's just a caffeine-free tea made from the bitter melon so there

are no contraidications with your meds. they have capsules too, but i like the

tea. you can look it up at www.charanteausa.com.

good luck!

no simple carbs, eat small meals, no sugar, no processed food, there is a video

by Dr. Lorraine Day called " you can't improve on God " the diet in it may help

you...nuts, raw food, juices (like spinach) seeds, legumes, a few wholegrains,

esp. millet, and nuts...the Budwig diet might help, it is one in which you get a

lot of healing omega 3s. Check it out. Good luck! Kelly
