Dear Attorney Annie Armen, J.D.

I will post this publically to say that I am overjoyed to have connected with an

attorney as the psychiatric industrial complex is in an unholy alliance with the

Madison County Alabama Probate Judge Tommy Ragland, H.S.G.E.D., profiting the

Madison County Commission, attorneys, Madison County Mental Health Center and

the Alabama Dept. of Mental Health, Kathy Sawyer, Commissioner, Kim INgram,

Asst. Comm, Molly Brooms, Asst. Com, appointed by Gov. Bob Riley who is

violating his Oath of OFfice allowing Americans to have their liberty denied in

violation of their civil and constitutional rights.

 

Although I am a Doctor of Chiropractic my Atlanta office is 5 miles from the

Georgia State Capitol where I had been reading bills being made into law since

1990 when Mother finally found relief from the say those psychiatrists' drugs

made her life misearble leaving behind enought assets for me to own our

ancestral home without a mortguage. Judge Ragland didn't want me moving to

Huntsville in competition with his non-D.C., criminal suspect wife's

CHiropractic Care Center where he is an employee failing to obey the Cannons of

Judicial Ethics failing to disqualify himself on the grounds of conflict of

financial interest.

 

I believe you are in California 3 hours earlier than we.

I have 10:30-10:55 this weekend available on Highway2Health.net tomorrow night.

I'm sure this will not be the last time we broadcast together.

 

If only I could have found SSRI crusaders in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 Mother

might have been saved.

She wanted to get off those drugs after I researched Depakot and informed her

she could die with liver failure in 3 days even with the quarterly

Medicare/BC/BS bloodtests, but she couldn't.

 

Now my sister's medicated mind under the influence of a deceptive, mercenary

trusted H.S. friend attorney has been

counseled to intentionaly waste her own Mother's suicide preserved estate for

32+ months while she is advised not to talk to me or sell the house to prevent

me from having our ancestral home in financial and political competition with

Judge Ragland.

 

What is especially tragic about Huntsville Alabama not just for our family but

for this nation is that before, during and after I ran for Mayor to get media

attention when none of the TV or radio stations would cover the story, not one

elected or appointed public official, attorney or judge can be found that obeys

their Oath of Office to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution or the

Constitution of Alabama. That all know that the Probate Judge used policially

and financially motivated involuntary psychiatric commitment with false

unsubstantiated allegations violating my constitutional and civil rights to

terrorize me out of the house. The constitutional provision for the creation of

the PRobate Court is the preservation of estates and to distribute them

expediciously.Mother's estate being open 32+ months after her suicide is not

only a violation of her civil rights as a decedent, it's emotion and mental

abuse-

a cruel and unusual punishment that even criminal convicts are protected agains

in the U.S. Constitution.

 

When Madison County Probate Judge Tommy Ragland's use of illegal (and I have the

document and legal research to prove it)

involuntary psychiatric commitment finally suceeds in depriving me of my

Mother's house it will not only be a sad day for our family, it will be a sad in

America for we will then know that, unlike the people's of Iraq, who are

allegedly being granted their freedom by the U.S. Government, Americans who are

deprived of those rights can find no " justice " to defend their own.

 

As I was throwing as much of my financial records and evidence into the car and

gave the incriminating audiotape that Judge Ragland knew I was transcribing and

could have seized if I'd not known I had the constitutional right against

seizure and did not give the Mental Health Officer and the two armed Huntsville

Police permission to enter and seize my body for " medication "

I realized what it must have been like for African-Americans who have persecuted

and lynched. They knew they could loose their life and had no actual civil or

legal rights. This was domestic terrorism used to suppres. The 100th Anniversay

of the last lynching on the Madison County Courthouse Square was on Sept. 6,

2004. As Horace Maples body hung with a blood stained white sheet around it, the

well-dressed community leaders poised with their straw hats and cigars as though

he was their trophy with no shame for violating his Constittution Right to Life.

All 5 suspects were found not guilty in that Madison County Courthouse.

Things haven't changed much with the judges of Madison County in 100 years. Now

they violated constitutional rights sending Americans to the Alabama Department

of Mental Illness. Commission Sawyer has a in-out " investigation departmetn " is

violating my constitutional right to equality refusing to tell me when the

public meetings are for her Advisory Committee & Board of Trustees and when I

went to get that public information from Sandra Lucas, Director of Constituent

Services for Governor Bob Riley (on whose campaign I worked in 2002 and the

Madison County Campaign Director was Lucas' precedessor is an attorney a knew

all about the commitment being used to terrorize me out of my inheritance,

administation, property and rights). She called the Capitol police on me so I

could not enter the State Capitol to procure public information.

 

I could go on. I've been to the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, Commission of

Public Safety, Attorney General, District Attorney, Huntsville Police (who of

course aren't going to help because they were the ones terrorizing me in

violating of the Mental Health Officer Law but the Chief of Poice did " resign "

after I repeatedly complained about the police violating my constitutional and

civil rights during my Mayoral " campaign " ), The Huntsville City Council, Madison

County Commission, Sheriff Dorning,

Huntsville & Atlanta U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of

Investigation. When I was told it was " civil " I filed a lawsuit to get discovery

of the possibly embezelled estate investments that have not been exhibited and I

can't access with my rights of estate administration violated, Madison County

Presiding Circuit Court Judge Bruce E. Williams signed an order to Dismiss with

no basis in law based on notice from myself and then required me to pay another

$300 to get the estate from Probate to Circuit Court. Judge Ragland violated the

order to move " all papers " removing such tidbids as the fraudulent and illegal

accounting he'd approved Feb. 4, 2003 and the two incriminating letters from

Court Administrator Rankin Sneed's attempted grand theft that I prevented. (It

was Court Adminstrator Rankin Sneed's well rehearsed, obviously frequently used

threats have me arrested if I went back to my residence/ancestral/property that

had been unsuccessful in intimidating me out of the house and I'd asked for the

impossible legal eviction that required the foiled involuntary psychiatric

commitment that was not succesfull in locking me up in Alabama's mental

institution drugged into a complaint zombie unable to write this e-mail to you

today, but it did succeed in railroading me temporarily out of Madison County. I

have not been allowed back into Mother's house that should have been being used

for Rocket City Chiropractic Clinic for the last two years in competition with

Judge Ragland's family chirorpactic business since.

 

It is not yet known if the Alabma Judicial Inquiry Commission that recommended

the removal of Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore from the bench for

refusing to remove the Ten Commandments that reminds us not to steal, covet or

bear false witness, will recomment the removal of Judge Ragland or Judge

Williams.

 

Judge Williams is currently violating my constitutional right to equality

refusing to provide me a copy of the March 5, 2004 hearing that he knows I will

send to the Alabama Bar Association for investigation of fraud and racketeering.

 

As far as I'm concerned, they've all conspired to violate my constitutional

rights USC 42 1985 if we still had any

and Amerika isn't anything other than an imperialistic facade being used to

spread weapons of mass destruction and terrorism

to incite retaliation that will be used as an excuse to eliminate more of our

rights so that we may be better " protected " .

 

I have peace at times knowing that the Creator that granted me my inalieable

rights as an American bequeathed to me as my Mother's daugther when she gave

birth to me in the Huntsville Hospital is the Supreme Chief Counsel will bring

justice to all.

 

The obstacles we face are insurmountable without the Creator of America will

being done.

 

Everything that has been revealed to me and all my courage comes from the

Creator which gives us soverignty over the government and not the government

soverignty over the people.

 

It is a heavy burden to know that as I write Americans are in psychiatric mental

institutions in violation of their civil and constitutional rights being denied

their constitutional right to their lives as they were intended to be without

being medicated by man-made genocidal biochemical warfare agents invoked against

them by their own government under the auspices of protecting them through the

Food and Drug Administration.

 

When Mother had to go into the esteemed Emory Hospital Wesley Woods Geriatric

Psychiatric Ward after having severe side effects/withdrawal symptoms after

Emory's Uppergate Psychiatric Ward failed to provide effective Mother used to

say: " I'm in prison, but I've committed no crime " , " If they want to say you are

mentally ill they can find fault with anything you do and use it against you

like you could just be locked up in here on drugs and electro-convulsive shock

for years " . I hadn't realized at that time because Dr. Vasavada at Huntsville

Hospital in Dec. 1998 refused to give me the list of drugs he prescribed that

the Seroquel that she was being heavily medicated with at Emory in Sept. 1999

that the PDR indicated causes breast cancer in laboratory animals after her 10

cm breast tumor was diagnosed in August 1999.

Without the letters of administration of my Mother's estate to which I am

entitled without a judge's discretion since Feb. 22, 2002 the day I became an

Alabama resident ironically to escape pollitical corruption, I have no way of

getting a complete copy of Mother's Medicare expenditures to see how much

Medicare paid out to kill her.

 

WHen I sued Dr. Portier, DIrector of the Madison County Mental Health Center, on

Feb. 6, 2004 just so I could put into the public record a picture of how I found

Mother on Feb. 6, 2002 when I went to get her for lunch and found her with three

plastic bags over her head and panty hose around her neck for $1,000,000 knowing

I'd never win but our descendents would be able to know what happened if Madison

County Chief Clerk Jane Smith doesn't violate my civil rights and remove it from

the records, David Holden, reporter for the Huntsville Times did a story on it

after he'd refused to report on the concealment of the possibly embezelled

investments and involuntary commitment being used to terrorize me out of

Mother's house. Although Mother's Authorization to Release Medical Information

indicated that they were to fax me changes in her medical records and didn't so

I'd not be alerted t the increased incidence of side effects and teh didn't, Dr.

Portier mischaraterized me as repeatedly calling every day to get the records,

complained that I have a problem with everybody including Judge Ragland (who

sends him hundreds of thousands of dollars of referrals that would be

significantly lower if I were Probate Judge) and said I should just " let go " if

the results of the treatment we're what I wanted.

 

In Nazi Germany the Gestapo, SS Officers and M.D.'s that worked in the

experimental medical facilities were well rewarded.

Those who were opposed to the regime were financially retaliated against, send

to work camps, concentration camps and used for human guinnae pigs.

 

Perhaps it's not coincedental that former Nazi, Werner Von Braun, was the head

of the NASA Space Flight Center at the Redstone Arsenal after WWII where my

Father first started working as a WWII Vetran as an Engineer that helped develop

the

fuel lines for Apollo that took the Man to the Moon. It was these jobs that drew

my young parents away from their rural Tennessee roots when my Mother was

pregnant with me. I grew up being taught that I was an American living in the

greatest country of liberty and freedom in the history of the world as my

parents defended America and Mother worked as a young Mother as a mathematician

calculating missle projectile from Russia as a U.S. Army Civil Servant.

 

There is not going to be an America for our children and our children's children

if we are not as brave as the

1,100+ young Americans who have died in Iraq since March 19, 2003 in a war that

started just 4 days after I was terrorized out of my ancestral home to save my

mind from being irreversibly altered by life threatening psychiatrists' drugs.

 

It was my knowledge of my constitutional rights that saved me when I knew I

didn't have to open my door to Mental Health Officer Tammy Leeth and the two

armed threatening and intimidating Huntsville Police Officer. Before I go to

join my Mother in about 40-50 years the Alabama General Assembly will pass

legislation analogous to the Miranda Rights for the alleged mentally ill who

will have the right to be informed of their rights before they are apprehended

and their liberty denied. They will be called it the Sanders' Rights Bill in

honor of Alma Virginia Sanders whose civil rights were violated when Dr.

Vasavada refused to tell me what drugs he was prescribing when he first stated

prescribing the carcinogenic psychiatric drug to her 8 months before her 10 cm

breast tumor was diagnosed and in memory of her estate of which inheritance I

have been deprived because of that same psychiatric industrial complex and the

Madison County Probate Judge Tommy Ragland, H.S.G.E.D. who violated her rights

post mortem failing to administer her estate in compliance with Title 43 Wills

and Esates laws.

For those who are not terrified of President Bush's " Mental Health Freedom "

initiative funded by Congress July 2004 that defeated Congressman Ron Paul's

amendment to defeat it in the last two weeks, beware that the Thought Police may

decide that your thoughts are not politically correct and the Mental Health

Officer (America' Gestapo unincumbered by U.S. Constitutional right against

seizure without warrant under oath for your arrest as a criminal suspect) may

come knocking on your or your child's school door.

 

If it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

 

IF anyone might think that I may have acutally exhibited behavior that was a

threat to myself or others as valid grounds for Judge Ragland's foiled

commitment attempt terrorizing me out of my property March 12, 14, 15, 2003 when

the legal eviction I requested at the Feb. 4, 2003 hearing where he violated my

civil rights refusing to grant me letters of adminstration to which I am

entitled without his discretion;after I filed the MOtion for Co-Administration

March 6, 2003 was impossible, I invite you to call him and ask him if you can

procure a certified copy of the " suicide letter " and " somewhat threatening

letters " he accused Dr. Lance of writing as grounds for being a threat to

herself or others as mandated by Alabama law for in-patient psychiatric

commitment.

 

On September 2, 2003 I arrived late at the Madison County Democratic Women's

Club's monthly meeting. Judge Ragland was at the head table and was visibly

angry upon seeing me enter the back of the room. I invited him to be a guest on

Highway2Health.net on my internet radio broadcast September 2, 2003 after he

raised himself up at the head table of the monthly Meeting of the Madison County

Democratic Women's Club making gestures and saying something I couldn't hear

when I went to take a picture. This was broadcast live thanks to Peter Kawaja.

He just ran away from me as fast as he could and existed the hotel.

After they called 4 armed Deputy Sheriff's to the Madison County COmmission

meeting because I exercised my constitutional right to free speech last month

enumering a partial list of the laws he has violated hoping to ask to be able to

go into the Probate COurt to investigate County Administrator Rankin SNeed's

43-2-175 Record of Official Acts to see if he has been being paid illegal

commissions or the legally allowed $100 on the sale of estate homes that I'd

planned to do March 17, 2003 but was deterred by Mental Health Officer Leeth's

arrival at my bedroom window March 14, 2003. Until I can get some back-up, I'm

not going into enemy territory for a while so I'm sure Judge Ragland would love

YOu might also ask about a copy of the January 10, 2003 Motion for Resignation

by the executor that failed to include my sister's mental illness so that he

wouldn't have to appoint her a guardian ad litem while her attorney was

counseling her to give COurt Administrator Rankin Sneed $5,000-$50,000 of her

inheritance, the fraudulent and illegal accounting he approved Feb. 4 2003, the

non-existent Order for Resignation with Settlement required by law to end the

executor's fiduciary liablity, and a copy of the docket sheet where he

fraudulenty docketed my March 6, 2003 Motion for Co-Administration to conceal

the fact that I filed for administration and he violated my civil rights failing

to grant them without his discretion.

 

If he gets depressed from all the calls or about his wife being arrested for two

counts of first degree felony identity theft and under investigation by the FBI

for over $200,000 of insurance fraud while he has been her employee, or the next

time he knows I'll be back in Huntsville or when I'm going to file my complaints

against him with the Judicial Inquiry Commission I'm sure Dr. Linsey and Dr.

Hancock from the Madison County Mental Health Center who failed to identify my

Mother as a suicide risk while she was compliantly coming to them for her

monthly fix intentionally not takingher cancer medication to commit suicide by

cancer instead of jumping off the Tennessee River Bridge will be more that happy

to prescribe some anti-depressant medications for him.

Dear Dr. Lance,

 

I admire and respect your courage coming forward, in speaking of the horrors

members of your family endured due to these suicide induced SSRIS-s, beginning

with your mother passing on. Big Pharma is on a roll here with their death

statistics, and FDA - like a black cat lurking in our allies - waits for more

than 20 years under the argument of - NEED TO CONDUCT MORE RESEARCH - while

deaths of children, loved ones, friends, and family continue to escalate in

their statistical storage bins. If it's not one thing, it's another. The

latest and greatest achievement being their DAMN excuses to conduct mandatory -

" woops I'm sorry... voluntary yet mandatory " mental health screenings to destroy

perfectly healthy lives, beginning with pregnant women and their unborn

children.

 

It is true what they say... " when there is a will, there is a way. " But how

OMINOUS when that very statement is implemented by those who we thought we can
