Cure Autism Now\medical labels

Hello,

to my opinion the Western world is making the mistake in dealing with

mental problems with producing labels for many different appearances.

Autism is also one of this. to look at the whole human being and trying

to understand it without labels is better than to put such ones on human

beings and then try to research over this label and try to remove all

what belongs to it.

To my experience this labels are often a hindrance to see and

understand yourself and others than being important.

They should be a clear sign of what you have as a sickness but they are

not and they are not necessary. I think it is best to make your own

picture of a person without labels in your head.

To my knowledge many diagnoses are not scientific proven.

They are a mental construct which has a lot to do with mainstreamspirit.

So many diagnoses ar not a orientation at all.

I have found a way to support my mental health in general.

This means I do a lot of meditation. I was quite some times in Buddhist

monasteries for meditation. To really improve you have to do it several

hours a day. I feel usually much better when I have done it for some

time and I recognize that meditation works with problems I have.

Additional readings of Buddhist texts is for me a source to learn.

Further I take highdosed vitaminsupplements but I have to make tests

yet. But I am far below toxic dosages with what I do.

There are other sources to improve your mental health in general like

Yoga, Accupressure...

With the last ones you can also become specific without necessarily

using the mainstream medical labels.
