Guest guest
I have a question for the Doctors on line. I have a friend who was born with a bicuspid aorta. He's about 54 and there is some calcification around the valve which recently has helped in causing a couple of minor strokes. He is very fit, runs 2-3 times a week up to 20km, bikes to work and back - about 40km. He is presently on blood thinners - Lipitor. My question is, is there some natural way that the calcification can be 'dissolved' from around the valve?
