Guest guest
You are listed with 2 memberships under the same name and exactly alike with the same settings. I cannot delete one without deleting both. It seems that some of the more recent members have double ( or more) accounts so they receive two or more emails instead of one. When I tried to change one of your accounts so that only one would receive emails it changed both to the same setting. It appears that the software that handles the subscription process gives two or more subscriptions to some ( but not all) people now. Probably a bug in some of the more recent changes in their software. I suspect that one of the ways could be if the person does not have a account beforehand. They possibly try and and enter their information and then says they need to become a member of and the person then enters the same information again or somethng of this nature. You will need to lodge a complaint with as I will, as it is beyond anything that I can do within the group settings to rectify. Unfortunately no longer has a direct email address to ask for support help, and if I understand it correctly, is now a two step process. Here is what is posted on Help section......... http://help./help/groups Scroll to the bottom and click on " Why isn't there a single email address I can use to ask support questions? " ************************************************************* Why isn't there a single email address I can use to ask support questions? To most effectively and efficiently answer your questions, there is no longer a single email address used for all support questions. Due to the high volume of email we receive, we've done our best to create and categorize common questions and answers to help ensure we address your needs quickly. Our goal is to answer common questions using our FAQ sections and forms where possible, allowing our Customer Care team to troubleshoot more uncommon and user-specific issues and bugs. We encourage you to first look through the help files on this site for answers to your questions. We will continue to revise these help pages as needed. Most help files ask " Is this enough information? " at the bottom of the page. Clicking the No button will take you to a support request form. Please fill out the form with details about your question. After submitting the form, you may receive an auto-reply that will contain information and suggestions for places to look for additional help. If, at that point, you still have not received the information you need, reply to that email, and our support team will investigate the matter and contact you as soon as possible. As the service continues to grow, we will explore additional support alternatives based on the needs of our users. ************************************************************** Maybe if we all complain/ask for support/ report bugs we might be able to get it fixed.
