Infringing this bar on publication will lead to a fine of 250,000 euros or a prison sentence. And in Dortmund, the public prosecutor rejected a request for investigative proceedings against our Health Alliance based on the accusation that it is a criminal association, on the grounds that " there are no adequate reasons to believe that such a criminal association has been formed " . Let us take stock: The " Society for paediatric haematology and oncology " or GPHO (Society for leukaemia and other cancer types in children, chairman: Professor Jürgens of Münster University Clinic) did not allow presentation, at its annual conference in June, of a research report from the Dr. Rath Research Institute on the effect of cellular nutrients on bone cancer (osteosarcoma). At the same time, however, it allowed GPHP spokesman Professor Gaedicke of Berlin`s Charité Hospital the opportunity to present a " study " aiming to prove that the cellular nutrient compounds developed by Dr. Rath have no effect. The " study " by Gaedicke consisted of a single laboratory test in which 18 mice were administered LysinC Drink over a period of 18 days. There is no other way to describe this incompetently designed and executed " trial " than as an intentional attempt to deceive the public, particularly if one recalls that Gaedicke was present at the Dr. Rath Health Foundation`s Academic Forum in January at which Dr. Niedzwiecki presented the research results of the Dr. Rath Research Institute`s trials on various types of cancer. In her presentation she expressly referred to the fact that vitamin C and Lysin (LysinC) are not sufficient on their own to prevent the spread of all cancer cells. What is of decisive importance here is a " nutrient synergy " - in other words the interaction of several cellular nutrients, including among other things extracts of green tea (polyphenols). The " Berliner Morgenpost " reported on Gaedicke`s attempt at manipulation, and quoted comments by this dubious " researcher " - who has now been put firmly in his place by Berlin district court. The second case is almost more important for members of our Health Alliance: in March this year Münster University clinic tried to halt its own defeat in the Dominik case - and that of all pharmaceutical medicine and cancer treatment - by filing a suit against Dr. Rath and the whole Health Alliance. This was a desperate and disgraceful attempt to criminalise us, making us out to be all part of a " criminal organisation " . But here too, reason and truth won the day: Dortmund public prosecutor department rejected any investigative proceedings. And the state prosecutor department in Münster, too, has found no suspicion of any criminal offence in relation to infringement of the LMBG or HWG (German legislation). These decisions are of great significance, for they show that there are no grounds for letting ourselves be pressurised by pharmaceutical medicine`s attempts to undermine us.
