In England there are whole-food restaurants trading under the name of Cranks -

started by one David Canter in Carnaby Street, West London in 1961.

I am indeed considered a crank for sitting in front of my computer for hours on

end instead of being glued to the idiots lantern like 'normal' folk.

Quite often an article is posted to this group that makes all those hours worth

while ... This is one of them!

I know handfuls of type 2's but will they listen to good advice ? will pigs

ever fly !!
