Guest guest
As to self education: David just posted this message. It would appear that not many care or want to use the archives. They all want the answers, they just don't want to have to actually " read " to do it. We have over 22,000 articles about alternative healing and health in our archives that can be searched by any subject terms that you want to use. David has made available the archives from his website also. You can dowload all of them as well as a program to search them too. We have the links library. We have the files section. We have more solid information than any other site on the web. All of that is of no consequnce. It is always....what do I take for my problem???. The prescription for healing is.....education, pure and simple. Either your education or the education of some health professional. Warning about health professionals, they are not all alike and are not interchangable. Everyone wants to be well and optimally healthy. They just don;t want to have to put any effort into it. The level of health that you achieve will be in direct proportion to how well educated you or your health profession is educated. If you are your own doctor and you are a dummy, you will have a dummy for a doctor. If you cannot, or do not want, to learn when all you need is being handed to you and you do not use it, you and no one else is dooming yourself to ill health. Guest guest
In defense of those asking for help, all of this information takes hours to absorb. Sometimes one is in a dark cloud of fear, shock, and grief. I can understand a person asking for advice. It's a smart, short hand approach. The truth is, healing takes thousands of small health choices and a lot of persistence. Ideally, we need to start curing our disease about seven years before we get it. Then we will hit the ground running. (and probably never get it at all.) Every little improvement adds up. One by one, choose the healthier option. Many small drops to fill a rain barrel of health. Digestion is key to many problems, so I would start by cutting back on meat, dairy, and fats and increasing fresh fruits and vegetables. Giving up soda, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes are steps in the right direction, too. Exercise, even if it is 10 sit ups while you watch the news. This will build on itself quickly if done regularly, and you will feel the difference. Think small silver bullets, thousands of them. It is amazing how many illnesses are just the manifestation of a body that is poorly nourished and run down. When you saw your doctor, did he even ask what you are eating and drinking? Probably not. But he might tell you that your pains and discomforts are nothing. So, it's the beginning of a long process of learning what your doctor doesn't know and healing yourself. And by the way, you can start growing younger from here on out. Mail is new and improved - Check it out!
Guest guest
Don't forget a good organic yogurt daily to build up healthy intestinal flora. So many people are devoid of it from antibiotics, I would add it as one of the first things in conjunction with what you suggest.
