The same thing that " cures " or fixes most chronic health conditions is

the same " treatment " .

It is the 40 something nutrional elements that are listed as

" essential " . Essential in this context means essential for life. You

have to take them in each day to live. You may not die right away if

they are just low or deficient, but you probably will just get sick with some

chronic condition.

(PS. " Essential oils " are not essential. They are essences NOT essentials.

That is just marketing, selling language and I hate it.)

You need to learn about:

(not the food pyramid junk info)

Protiens

Carbohydrates

Fats/oils

Enzymes

Vitamins

Minerals

Fibers

and other nutritional elements

These are the same things that really " cure " the body of the

conditions that produce symptoms of constipation, high

cholesterol, etc. and most of all the chronic conditions.

You need to educate yourselves on the concept of Orthomolecular. It is

the science of replacing the (nutritional) molecule of that which the

body needs to attain health. Ortho = fix or correct and molecule =

nutritonal. Fortunately most of the nutrients have been identified and

are easily available (at least for now). They are the same for

everyone, but we are all as individual as snowflakes when it comes to

how much is the corrective right amount for any one individual person.

So the question becomes what does my own body need and how do I get

the correct amount and in what form inside me to allow my body fix itself.

This is the concept behind taking niacin for high cholestrol, niacin

or Omega 3's for mental illness, etc. It is not treating the symptom

with the appropriate " mediicne " but through trail and error to

determine what the deficient substance is and to supply it in the

correct amount that is right for me.

Not all chronic conditions are caused by a nutritional deficiency, but

those that are this is the concept.
