Guest guest
Vitamin C, to your maximum capacity (based on trial and error), will keep you regular also.

I use Source Naturals Magnesium Malate with my younger son. Soluble magnesium might be something to consider. He had chronic constipation problems which turned into encopresis and an accompanying bacteria infection. Here is the 'protocol' I used. http://www.enzymestuff.com/rtencopresis.htm Karen. Guest guest
Take Magnesium Glycinate supplements. Magnesium will reduce stress and eventually ease the intestinal issues. when you finally get the runs....back off the dose and level out again. Guest guest
Try minerals, Peggy, magnesium and potassium mainly. They are vital for the body, and it seems that when we are missing them, the body does not want to let go, leading to constipation. Here is an article on potassium, with a link at the end to a site that has information on magnesium.... <http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/sepp/2004/05/03/potassium_deficiency_widespread\ _and_often_neglected.htm>Potassium Deficiency: Widespread and often Neglected Sepp >I have chronic constipation and do not want to have to use laxatives >all the time >help! > >Peggy > -- The individual is supreme and finds its way through intuition. Guest guest
How's your diet? How about adding more fruits, veggies & fiber? The large selection of summer fruits should offer plenty of variety now. (Berries, watermelon, pineapple, cherries, etc.) Get organic as much as possible. , " activemom22000 " <peggysue6@c...> wrote: > I have chronic constipation and do not want to have to use laxatives > all the time > help! > > Peggy
