Guest guest
http://www.lulu.com/content/55277 Ascorbate (Online) by Hilary Roberts Steve Hickey Description: The relationship between vitamin C and health is controversial. Double Nobel Prize winner, Linus Pauling, argued that ascorbate could prevent or cure heart disease, stroke, cancer and infections. Conventional experts disagreed, disparaging supplements in favour of fruits and vegetables. This book presents a new model, describing the action of vitamin C in health and disease. It demonstrates conclusively that the establishment has misinterpreted the evidence, potentially resulting in epidemic levels of avoidable disease. The dynamic flow model explains the current results and points the way for future experiments. Vitamin C supplementation could eradicate many diseases. In pharmacological doses, it could cure the major killers of the industrialised world. Failure to test these ideas may condemn countless people to chronic illness and premature death. Thanks for writing it. Thumbs UpThumbs UpThumbs Up Ascorbate: The Science of Vitamin C by Mike Mesham Thu 10 Jun 10:25 am EDT 2004 Groundbreaking! This book deconstructs the myths surrounding the use of Vitamin C. Popular medical opinion has treated the use of Vitamin C in the prevention and cure of disease as, at best, useless and maybe even dangerous. The people who are concerned with damaging the reputation of vitamin C are possibly the same people who advocate the use of expensive drugs, sold by big multi-national drug companies. Is this a coincidence? 'Ascorbate' recommends the widespread use of Vitamin C that could cut the health service budget in half. This book is well written, insightful and at the forefront of scientific literature.
