Getting the run around with licenses!!!!!!!!!

It's me MIchele again here to share some information or lack there of

with all of you.

 

I have been trying to start my own business for about 2 years now.

This is to an online business witht he idea of making herbal teas,

linimints, balms, salves and tinctures, at the request of the buyer.

To make these things I am told that I need certain licenses, what

ones I need I still don't know. I have contacted all state affiliated

agencies, with the hopes of getting the right answer. Well, I was

wrong on this matter.

 

For two years now I have been tossed back and forth among any and all

agencies. Not one of the designated agencies knows anything about

what type of license I will need. I have contacted the State Commerce

board, their answer to my questions are this, " try another agency " so

I went to the FDA, they do not regulate this type of business, so as

I have been told by them. Then I have gone to the USDA, another co.

told me I could ask them seeing how I am in their juisdiction. They

had no idea of my type of business either. Is anyone out there who

knows who I can contact and how I can get my business off the ground?

 

I am so fustrated and now, it is looking to me like they are only

trying to stop me from this line of work. I feel this way especially

since I have been reading all the articles that I have recieved from

your forum. It has disgusted me to learn some of the things that I

have learned.

 

They will allow drugs on the market that makes people kill each other

(SSRI's). But they ban a simple drug like Ephedra, which is actually

quite safe, when used properly, because of some stupid people that

abused the drug. What abought alcohol, that is still on the market

and because of it there are too numerous abuse, car accidents and

health issues invovled. All this for a simple dollar?

 

I have never immunized my children after having read some of the

articles about the toxic effects of the immunizations. I will not

subject my children to this type of abuse! But I have been drug into

court by an ex on charges of child endangerment, which I faut and

won! But all this is perfectly legal and me a poor person with out

all that money to fund my " crusade " am not able to open my own

business promoting an alternative healthy life style. Why I ask?

 

Personally, I feel it all a huge burocratic hype that is trying to

keep each of us sick and not allowing us to get adiquit health care

is the perfect way to make us go allong with their scheme of things.

All this for a simple little dollar!

 

As I have posted in the recent past I have used Paxil, made me feel

sick all the time. These are mind altering drugs that people are

allowed to put into there bodies, why is it bad for us to put good

healthy herbs into our bodies? I think the answer lies in the reader,

the ones who know their bodies better than any doctor. We are the

ones who have founded this country so why are we the ones not able to

say anything about our health?

 

In Germany, in order to recieve your Medical License you have to

prove adiquit knowledge in herbs also. Why isn't it like that here in

the US? I'll tell you why, because then we would loose our funding

for research like Cancer and AIDs and even ADD, ADHD, and also

arthritis and Diabetes. It is all a money scam. Each of us needs to

contact our local congressmen and state senator to educate them on

the real benifits of natural medicine. But in reality I don't think

that will help either.

 

Will we ever see herbalists work hand in hand with allopathic

Doctors? I hope to see it in the future, we can only keep our fingers

crossed.
