Yes, it's about money. Soy is easy to grow and the major ag corporations grow tons of it. Soy is not commonly grown by small scale farming operations. Now it is even being grown overseas very cheaply and sold here at immense profits. Not only is soy bad for you but when you eat it you are supporting some of the sleaziest ag corporations in the world.
